Hello Christmas Friends

It was a good Christmas, but although I've got the tree down & I'm working on the decorations I suppose I'm trying to hold on to it just a little longer by introducing myself now after being around for a year or two. That and I'm listening to carols on my headset.
There's a lot to do and it will pass, but I do need to make some notes on what worked and what didn't: have more shrimp at the Christmas party. Shop earlier. New lights for the tree. Play more games with the kids. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. I'll be about throughout the year and look forward to making plans with you for Christmas 2009.

Hello! I am doing the same thing this year which is making notes on what worked for us and what didn't. It is quite a production around here at Christmas as I'm sure it is for most households. Thank goodness there are elves like us to make it unfold quite magically!

my task for myself today is to LET GO of any strings of lights that only half work!!! normally i keep them around because, well, you just never know, but i have been ordered to get rid of them!! so, i, too, will be in the garage with the ear buds in, listening to some xmas tunes (currently being remarkably happy with raul malo!

Hi Greg, nice to meet you. We are definitely going with more lights next year, inside and out. Love them round the mirrors and in the fireplace bunched up in a large glass square vase.
