I have been meaning to join these forums for a long time now (seriously, I stumble upon this website every few months for what has seemed like a couple of years now) and now I am finally doing it. I absolutely love the idea of this website and the community it attracts, as I feel that the spirit of Christmas is one that should be felt not only around the holidays, but every single day of the year.
To give a little info about myself: I'm a 23-year-old writer who has been blessed with great luck in that I am making a living by being my own boss and setting my own rules. It wasn't easy making the decision (or even discovering the option) to try and make it on my own, but thanks to a powerful sign that came out of a moment of complete desperation and depression, I am now living my dream.
It's moments like that that convince me that there is more to our world than what is readily apparent, and I look forward to meeting and talking with you all and keeping the spirit of Christmas alive year round!
