Hello from a newbie!

Hello! My name is Emmy. I am currently living in Plano, Texas but am moving back to Buffalo, New York in the next few weeks. I have four children, but one has already left the nest LOL!
Despite being in the upper 80s here in Texas I can't help finding my thoughts turning to Christmas. I've already started the movie watching and the perusing store shelves for decorations and cards. I'm happy to see places like Target already displaying Christmas items.
I look forward to getting to know everyone here!
