I'm Baaaaaaaack! (Again! haha)

Hey everyone!

It's been a while but I'm back for the season! With yesterday being the half way point, and with so much stress at work, I need a little Christmas! haha A lot has happened since I took my break...

I got a promotion at work...instead of cleaning toilets, I work in the marketing department! Quite a jump, huh?! haha
I finished my 2 year of college.
I became a God Father to my cousin's daughter.
I lost my oldest Golden, Luke, to cancer. I still miss him... :(
We rescued a puppy Golden, his name is Truman. Lola has a buddy again!
And I lost a grand total of 70lbs. I would like to lose a few more. I feel great and I owe it all to a co-worker and my job! They have me running around like crazy! haha

I hope to stop by at least once a day or 2. With my new job, it's hard to find some free time. So I give you permission to scold me if I'm not visiting! haha

I hope everyone is well and I hope to talk to all my old friends and make new friends soon!

It looks like you had an eventful few months! Sorry about the loss of your golden retriever. I lost Ben, my black lab, a couple months ago, too. :sad:

Welcome back, HoosierChristmas. Nyaa, we wouldn't scold. Rather, we would encourage!!! Life does have a way of catching up with all of us. Sorry to hear of your loss of your beloved dog. We had several posts on Christmas Countdown about our furbabies. Congrats on your promotion. You did wash your hands before going to marketing, didn't you? Congrats, too, on completing college. What a milestone for you! And congrats on being a godfather and new "dad" to your new furbaby!

Welcome back! That is awesome you have lost 70 lbs! Congrats to you..that is quite an accomplishment! How old was your Golden? I lost my Golden to cancer also.. in June 2008... it seems like you never forget them..they take up such a big part of our heart!

Thanks! We miss Luke everyday...our new puppy name is Truman but we keep calling him Luke. :/ Sorry for you loss!

Yes, I did wash my hands. haha Thanks for all the congrats. I didn't complete college, yet. (I wish!) I still got about another year or two. Education degrees require a lot of classes.

Thanks! Luke was 8 1/2. His half birthday was my birthday. They removed it all when he had his surgery last year, but it came back in his heart and lungs. :( Sorry about your loss!
