Sounds great. I try to cut out snacking too. We'll see! It's sometimes hard for me, as I really only sometimes eat one meal with working night shift, but I try really hard!

So for Lent, I try to cut back on goodies, but the last few years, I've focused more on a better prayer life then on the food aspect. Taking some time out each day for a reflection slows my mind down and centers me.
