I'm really liking the forum here, love typing in green with the red theme! Very festive. The smilies are cool too. cheesy
Looking forward to learning new things, and enjoying Christmas EARLY this year. Seems like very year I wait till the "last minute" to get all of my Christmas stuff done, so THIS year I'm going to try getting a jump on it. I already have a great idea that I'll post in the appropriate forum, as soon as I get more familiar with the areas that each thread will belong in.
My name is Michelle Brouse, currently 40 years old with two young boys. They are ages 3 and 6. I work on the internet at night, creating graphics, websites and other fun stuff. I also homeschool the boys during the day - which for us will begin here in about another week. (Not that they haven't been learning all summer too - but the REAL schoolwork begins soon!)
Looking forward to finding some great tips for shopping, craft ideas, and fun stuff for the kids to do. With Halloween coming up, that's one of our "favs" around here, so I need to get busy thinking about that too. Would be nice to have our costumes early, before the "mad rush!"
Also will be looking for some great Christmas recipes. We love to cook around here, so I will have a few to share too.
