Thank you all for the warm welcomes!
lauriebear, it does look like Christmas for almost that much of the year! We all have to put our lights up very early because by the time the Holidays are here, it's too cold to be outside. We have snow here (on the MN North Shore, 99 miles from Canada) all the way till the end of April, sometimes even the beginning of May! Our temperatures can even reach -50 below zero in January (even lower with wind chills!). So as you can imagine, the Christmas lights stay up until we all thaw out lol.
My daughter's name is Holly, because my mother is the biggest fan of Christmas you have ever seen and always wanted a little girl to name Holly (my dad insisted on Angela lol).
This is a favorite time of year for me, and enjoy visiting with others who have just as much fun with it. The decorations, the school Christmas programs, the card exchanging, the shopping for the perfect gift and a steal of a price and more.
Hoping for a great 2010 Holiday season!
