While I don't believe he had a chance to win, I have enjoyed most of his performances. There are THREE very lucky people on that stage. Jar Jar, Syesha and Kristie Lee.

I'm so tired of Syesha watch in our newspaper. SO TIRED! Front page of the paper....what will she wear, what hairstyle, what song?? ENOUGH ALREADY

i think jar jar only got through because he picked a song that plays to the way he sings so well

And that's exactly why Michael lost, too. That song just wasn't right for him.

I'm not too shocked. I was more shocked that Brooke and Jar-Jar were safe. I honestly thought this was the week Syesha was toast. I had no idea she was from Florida. Could be that big market is keeping her in it. Never the less, it all of a sudden got less interesting for me.

I'm a bit late for to the party but I was really shocked...I thought that Micheal would be in the final three...Along with the Davids...I don't think Micheal could have won but I sure think he was better than some others...At the risk of ridicule...I even kind of like Jar Jar...Something about him is different and I think he's got real stage presence...Just an opinion...

Jar-Jar is reminding me more and more of Vinny Barbarino.

I knew Michael was is in trouble last night when I saw the instantaneous reaction from the kids aged six to 14 in the room. It is quite something. Plus...he went first and that still matters.

Yeah, and they vote, too. I just arm-chair quarterback but I've never voted in my life.

I think if they changed the voting from "for" someone to "against" someone, then I'd vote.

They are already backpeddling on the amount they will raise from Idol Gives Back because so few watched it compared to last season.

Me either. I couldn't take another 3 hours of millionaires putting poor folks on a screen and then asking me for MY money. Don't get me wrong. I appreciate what they are doing. But for pete sake, if you're going show little Oogie with flies around his head, tears coming out of his eyes and begging for food on the street at least show us that you did something then and there to help the kid out -- and that he's not waiting for me to find my Visa. I'm not sure I could send money in to Idol because I'm not confident how much of the money Oogie would actually get. Seems to me I'm better off heading for the Red Cross website and giving them the money instead.

Darn! I missed this week's show. I have a new combo VCR/DVD recorder and have yet to learn how it works. Mistakes help you learn and I think I now have it....I think. Hopefully, nothing else interferes with watching it "Live." I only got to see Brooke and the recaps. That didn't tell me much. Oh well............
