Ok. I just saw this movie over the weekend. It was sooooo creepy!! My younger siblings (high school age) heard it was stupid, but I thought it was really well done. I think the high school kids didn't like it, because it lacked what most scary movies have these days - gore.

This wasn't a visually scary movie, it was just plain creepy. For those horror fans out there, I recomend this movie. I usually don't like movies like this, but I really enjoyed it! I must say, though, I was a little afraid to turn out the lights the first night after I watched it!

Thanks for the review! The hubs and I seriously want to see this movie but we'd heard so much from both sides of the fence...loved it/hated it, but with no real reasoning behind it.

I'm not a fan of gore. To me that's not scary, it's just plain gross, but a good ghost story with lots of suspense? That'll get me every time. I think we're going to go see it next weekend.

Me too! I don't like gore either. I hate those torture movies they have out now. Give me some good old fashioned ghosts or Hitchcock thrills any day.

Finally saw it. Overall is was pretty good and it had a few genuine scares and even one spine tingle. The ending was well okay, not what I expected. Which for the most part is a good thing.

Seems there were multiple endings filmed and one even made it online before being removed.... a few details here.... http://www.aintitcool.com/node/42879

I actually do Paranormal Investigations so for me it was interesting. I did not think it was that scary but more creepy. The end did get me though. I would def reccommend it though as it was alot of fun to go see!

Finally saw it last night. I have to admit, I wasn't too impressed. It had a very good premise and some good scares but I think the suspense could have been held a bit more consistently. It was okay, but I wasn't terrified by it.

I've seen the movie with my sister, I thought it was very scary, but Im a big chicken. And since I was young and still till this day, when I get up and it is still dark I have to turn on all the lights, and I have an attic entrance in my appartment so now I always look up to make sure it is still closed.

I finally watched this movie last week. I've never been scared by a movie, until this one!

I went on IMDB, & there are making a second one, due out in October.
