I came across this site in search of ideas. We are a nonprofit, run primarily by volunteers, that operates a light display and Christmas Village in Western PA. Like many nonprofits, we are always challenged by finding funding and most importantly, adding new things each year to continue interest in our display and keep people coming back each year.

A Merry Christmas 2010 to you!
One of our regular ideas and very popular has been to take photos throughtout the year and then put them into a calendar to sell for the following year. With all the computer wizards etc that are out there your biggest challenge is to find a photographer to donate their time and energy.
