Happy April TGIF! Today folks we have 223 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 201 days to go until November, and 140 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be TOMORROW and that will be our 200 Day Marker Till November. And that will be big folks. I can’t wait for it. We move ahead tho today in our Super Spring which has felt like SUMMER here the last few days and will continue today. A (very) early taste of summer here this week. But honestly, I think it will make us enjoy next week a bit being back to “normal” and the nice mild/cooler weather we will have. No need to rush to the heat even though I do love summer. I’m not quite ready for temps well into the 80s to near 90 in April. Way too hot. Maybe 2 months from now I will be. Now turkey fans I hope your week has gone good. Mine has. And today we start our weekly 3-day weekend of relaxation in this thread which we need after another busy week here. Today is a very significant day as you will hear in The Bers thread as 20 weeks until The Bers. The great thing about The Bers being so long is that the countdown to it isn’t quite as daunting as a yearly countdown (instead of 50+ weeks we countdown more like 34 weeks). 20 big weeks remaining until we are back home. Thanks for pointing out that The Bers countdown doesn't start off as long like 50+ weeks like the other things. It makes the time easier to pass even though there are moments where it feels like the time isn't even moving.

Me too, and it isn't just because Easter is over. I was not feeling well last Thanksgiving Week and at the time I appreciated having the extra time to rest but I think it will make the longing for it to come around again more intense.

Happy Mid-April! Today folks we have 222 days remaining until Thanksgiving (triple 2’s), 200 days remaining until November and 139 days to go until The Bers. It’s a big milestone day folks as we have reached the 200-Day Marker Till November. Wow. Big marker for sure. Our next milestone isn’t for a while. It will be 12 days from now when we reach Tom Turkey Day #5. That will be another big Thursday in this thread folks. But for now let’s continue through our Super Spring Weekend and hope it feels more like spring this weekend than summer. And move along through our quiet 3-day weekend. That is one plus of this thread is we enjoy the 4 days of our special stuff and then we get back to a more laid-back format for the next 3 days after that. And folks if you are a turkey fan I know you’re enjoying your weekend as much as you can. And I know a lot of you felt really excited for turkey talk this week coming off of Easter weekend. That makes total sense to me so I get what you’re saying. Now if you are a turkey fan you enjoy your day and weekend. It’s Saturday which is always awesome. Happy 2nd Half Of April! Today folks we look at our counts and see the following: 221 days till Thanksgiving, 199 days till November, and 138 days till The Bers. Our next milestone will not happen today nor next week (at all). It will be Tom Turkey Day #5 which will happen 11 days from now. That’s good though. Folks – the next 2 weeks are big here. Our Super Spring is gaining momentum as we head into the 2nd half of April now. The good news is we are not halfway through our Super Spring yet. And I’ve said this many times the last few years but there is no stress in April. I like that. We’re not halfway to November or Thanksgiving. But we are making good progress. We move ahead in our quiet 3-day weekend pattern with today being the final one of those 3 days. And I look forward to it as I know all of you do as well. We like our long quiet weekends here but of course, we’ll look forward to our busy fun times ahead too in this thread. Now for all you turkey fans you keep doing your thing and enjoying your day. And thanks for being here today. Without all of you this thread would not exist. I seriously mean that. And the best times in this thread are still all in front of us folks. Happy April Week! Today folks we have 220 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 198 days to go until November, and 137 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be Tom Turkey Day #5. Before you get too excited it won’t be this Thursday but it will be 1 week from Thursday (10 days from now). We move ahead in our Super Spring enjoying everything about the month of April that we can. It’s been a weird month though with that heat for a few days last week but it was just a little preview of summer I think. It’s Monday folks so you know that means it’s time for our Weekly Countdown Till Thanksgiving Week. And that countdown now stands at 31 weeks. Wow moving along through the 30s aren’t we? Getting dangerously closer to that big 30-week marker which will be next Monday. After that I get nervous lol. But I hope all of you had a good weekend as we kept it quiet in this thread like we enjoy doing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday but now we’re back to our daily special part of our post just like today’s weekly countdown kicking it off like always. I still haven't been to Hobby Lobby yet this year. I've been meaning to go ever since you posted your finds in the Bers thread, but I've unintentionally delayed my trip. Maybe that's a good thing. However, I think this week has got to be the week
