DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 232
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 210
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 149

Happy April Mid-Week! Today folks we have 232 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 210 days to go until November, and 149 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be in 10 days and you can clearly see it will be the 200-Day Marker Till November. But today folks we move ahead in our Super Spring with a Super poll (I hope) this Wednesday like always.

Which month, in your opinion, feels the most similar to November?
  • March (has the most similar weather to it)
  • April (Baseball returning makes me think of football season too)
  • May (Halfway to Thanksgiving month)
  • October (Closest month to November on the calendar)
  • Folks I’m going with A on this one. March to me is similar to November as April is to October. The weather feels the most similar to it so it makes me think of it. I think my 2nd choice would be C (May) because of those big milestones that we have. October? I’m too focused on Halloween to think it feels like Thanksgiving. What about you? Turkey fans have a great middle of your week ok? Have a great April Mid-Week!

I agree. March weather is a lot closer to November weather.

Yesterday on the way home, I had to jam on the brakes to keep from hitting a wild turkey that was crossing the road! It was amazing to see one up that close!

Have a great day, friends!

Of the four answers, it would be A. But in all honesty, February is the most like November here in the South.

I love thinking about the week of Thanksgiving and the cooler weather. Michelle asked me last night if I had put in for vacation that entire week yet. Of course, I had. It's the first thing I do when I get back to work after Jan. 1st. Can't wait!

Weather wise, my answer is A, but sometimes if November gets too busy it can have some feelings of May (which is always my busiest month), but it has been a long time since that has happened.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 231
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 209
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 148

Happy Hopping Towards Easter! Today folks we have 231 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 209 days to go until November and 148 days left until The Bers. Our next milestone will be in 9 days so it’s not this week (or weekend) or next week but 1 week from Saturday when we reach the 200-Day Marker Till November. We look ahead into another day of our Super Spring with the below Thanksgiving Thought Thursday.

Thanksgiving might be the #1 day I spend inside my house. Seriously, I’m not the type to stay home all day ever. I always go out even if it’s for an errand or 2 on a non-busy day. But Thanksgiving I barely leave my house. I like that about Thanksgiving. It’s different from almost every other day of the year.

Turkey fans I know you probably wish you were at home in your house with a turkey dinner and the parade on t.v. But fear not it is all ahead of us which is the best spot to be. Just like I always refer to September as the “Sweet Spot” because we keep all the holidays in front of us I truly feel similarly about April. It’s definitely a sweet spot of the year. Keep it real turkey fans and enjoy your entire day as much as possible. Have a great Hopping Towards Easter!

I wish I could stay home all day on Thanksgiving. The truth is I don't like having to run around and make all the stops. I hope that this year on Thanksgiving, we can just pick one place and stay all day. That's my Thanksgiving Thought Thursday.

Have a great day!

We used to have to make multiple stops on Thanksgiving up until maybe 2-3 years ago. My brother started having to work on Thanksgiving Day and couldn't make it down here on the big day itself, so we'd have a separate Thanksgiving on Friday for my side of the family. Having followed the same Thanksgiving traditions for the better part of 15 years, I did not like the change one bit at first, but now that we're a few years into it, I actually prefer it. We got to spend a whole day with each of our families.

This year, my brother is moving to Chicago, so the plan will change yet again, and this time we don't know what it will look like. More than likely he will only be able to make one trip for either Thanksgiving or Christmas, but not both.

I love to spend the whole day at home, I think it is one of the reason's that I look forward to snow days! Thanksgiving may be the most exciting day to stay home all day, so much to do and so much to enjoy!
