DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 272
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 247
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 186

Happy Next To Last Day Of February! Today folks we move along and see that we have 272 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 247 days left until November and 186 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Winter Wonderland with our next milestone set to arrive on Sunday which will be the Arrival of March. It’s Friday folks so time for our Fun Fact Friday below!

Frozen had the biggest Thanksgiving opening of any movie.

Thanksgiving is a big weekend for movie releases, especially flicks the whole family can go out and enjoy together. As of today, the 2013 Disney animated musical Frozen is the number-one Thanksgiving release of all time, pulling in $67 million domestically over three days, according to Box Office Mojo.

It’s followed by 1999’s Toy Story 2 ($57M), 2016’s Moana ($56.6M), 2018’s Ralph Breaks the Internet ($56M), and 2017’s Coco ($50.8M). In fact, all but one of the top 10 Thanksgiving movies were released by Disney.

I go to a movie 1-2 times per month, but I never think about going to a movie on Thanksgiving or Christmas yet those are 2 of the biggest days for movies to open. Have a great Next To Last Day Of February!

A Disney topic! Now this I can relate to. I’ve seen all of these movies, and I think Coco is my favorite, followed by Moana. In spite of Frozen having the biggest opening, I also think it’s the most overrated. My kids loved it, but it fell flat for me.

Ralph Breaks the Internet was by far the worst one on this list. Sad since the original Wreck-It Ralph was so good.
