I have to admit it, yes, I have been planning and organizing this Thanksgiving Dinner since the day after Thanksgiving last year. And yes I have several Excel spreadsheets and WORD files that I constantly update with recipes and ideas all year long.

I also have at least 38 reminders on my Outlook calendar so that I will send out dinner invitations and side dish updates to all of my guests!

Doesn't everyone do this?
