That's what it is going to be like here too...bummer. Oh well - it will be pretty out if nothing else!

Oh to be a kid again, to dress up, go Trick-or-Treating!!! Your right, I remember as a kid, there was nothing that stopped us from going out on Halloween night to get "FREE CANDY!!!!":-D

:ghost:I'm ready for Halloween. I'm not cooking tomorrow night. My husband and I are getting pizza. We'll watch tv and I'll answer the door when the Trick or Treaters come to the house. Also, I'm making an apple crisp, and we'll have that for dessert tomorrow night.
My wife and I attended the local firework display tonight. It's always the Thursday before Halloween. Some of the kids outfits were fantastic. Tomorrow night after work we'll have a cooking free evening of pizza and party food with some horror movies interrupted by about 50 tricker treaters. Looking forward to it, love Halloween night.

My daughter was going to dress up as Lady Gaga and go Trick-or-Treating before she gets too old to enjoy it. BUT! We have some fierce cold weather and possible snow flurries in the forecast, so it looks like she will probably end up dressing up and handing out candy to the few tots that may brave the temps for some free sugar.
Afterwards, we are going to binge on some leftover candy, bake some gingerbread cookies, have some hot chocolate, and sit down and enjoy some cheery Christmas movies on The Hallmark Channel.
