Turkey and gravy with noodles
Turkey soup
Turkey and stuffing casserole
Turkey sandwiches(if we have cranberry sauce and stuffing left we also put that on the sandwiches)

IF we have leftovers, we have thanksgiving dinner the next day too lol. Then after that we start making sandwiches. Since it's pretty dried out by then I make Turkey Salad (like chicken salad).

We just eat it as is or on sandwiches with that tangy zip of Miracle Whip. :D

Sandwiches, Sandwiches, Sandwiches!

I LOVE leftover fried turkey for sandwiches. Just two slices of bread, a little bit of mayo and pulled turkey! YUM

I cook turkey on Thanksgiving, Christmas( last couple of years it's been Christmas eve) as well as Easter. Sometimes I make it at another time in the year if we are craving it and can find one. A couple of years ago I made one for a Christmas in July party we had.
We enjoy leftover turkey and stuffing.
Turkey sandwiches

Usually it's made into an homemade pot pie and also added to a big pot of vegetable soup or made into turkey salad.

I always make turkey stock and soup and freeze my left over turkey to make more soup to give my Aunt on Christmas Eve.

We usually eat left overs for a couple of days afterward. I always promise I'm going to debone the meat and make something out of it, but I never get around to it and eventually throw it out.
