Sadly, the major store anchors at the mall put up fewer and fewer decorations each year. Belks has released a trickle, as shown below.
I miss the decorations from a few years ago when all the aisle-ways had greenery hanging from the ceiling with red Christmas balls. Really looked festive!

OK. Things have really started to hop at Crabtree now that Halloween is past. The greenery which has been there now for a couple of weeks is now illuminated, new decorations have been added and the individual stores are getting their display windows into a holiday frame of mind.
So, let's go!
Storefront window series:
1) Dry Goods has a simple, yet pleasantly seasonal appearance.
2) Another straightforward design. Believe this was Brooks Brothers.
3) And Altar'd State has now completed their storefront. Always a dependable performer year after year.
7) and 8) Crabtree's giant center court tree blazes forth!
(You can't really appreciate it unless you are there in person. It stands about 35 feet tall.)
