Rocky does well at the groomer, so I’m told. It’s funny because he doesn’t even want me to brush him at home. I guess he behaves better there
Thankfully we’re making progress at my daughters apartment. Moving is a lot of work!

The appointment could have gone better... apparently the vet thinks he has a rare genetic condition that isn't the easiest to treat. We have to go back in next week for more testing.. poor guy. He was pretty darn happy with himself though, he got hot dogs and didn't even get poked LOL . I know he is a fighter and he will be okay. Just going to keep doing our best and love him forever.
Really enjoyed reading everyones posts today, sure was uplifting after such a cruddy day! Can't wait for fall and happier days to come.

Happy Hot Tuesday MMC! August is going out with a lot of heat and humidity here. Felt really sick last night and slept a full 8 hours. Feel better today although still not feeling hungry. Threw out half my dinner last night which never really happens. Have a great 2nd day of the week!

Good morning and Happy Tuesday MMC!
It’s going to be hot and humid today with a high of 90 degrees. I have to run a couple of quick errands this morning. Back home afterward to work on chores. I will be going to my daughters apartment again later this morning, she’s having her TV, phone and internet hooked up. They gave her an 11-2 time frame which isn’t bad. I’m going to grab something for lunch and head over there to sit with her so she isn’t alone. That’s about it for me. I hope everyone is well and has a nice day!

Happy Tuesday!!
I was not able to log on the past couple of days, we were at the beach on Sunday and then yesterday I took my youngest daughter school shopping and then we had her open house at school with a soccer scrimmage in between.
My daughter really liked her all her teachers and they completely renovated the school, it is beautiful so nice and bright!
Then my washing machine went yesterday, looks like it was the pump and motor so I stopped and picked out a new one but it doesn't come until next week so I may have to take a trip the laundromat or go to a friend's house.
Back to work today and my kids start school tomorrow.

Good Tuesday morning, Christmas friends!

Staff meeting is over, now I have to get a few things done before I leave for a funeral. It's church-family, and they've been close friends for years.

We had started a plan to have dinner with Jacob in the city he lives in once a week on Thursday, to make sure we stay in touch. He told us that was a great idea!...just not this week. He's too busy with his 3 month dating anniversary with is girlfriend. He'll get back to us on it. LOL

Back to work today after a nice long Bank Holiday weekend in Scarborough :-(

The sad face is for the back to work - not the long weekend...that was greeeeat! Football training with my football team (I Coach), Drinks and a meal for Myself and Mrs TSAH on Saturday evening, relaxing day Sunday, and finally Ten Pin Bowling and a family meal out on Monday afternoon

Today marks the 1 year anniversary of when we had to say goodbye to our Gracie Girl (right about this time of the day last year ) - and then it's also our Lucy's "gotcha day! Bittersweet day!

Good Tuesday morning! We'll have a couple of unbearable, sticky, humid days still. It's already 35°C/95°F with the humidex. I keep hoping for a long-term cool down but then the humidity goes right back up. I'm buying ice cream today for sure and will try to stay cool. I have the day off but as always there's tons of things to do. I worked 12 hours yesterday trying to get things done. I expect the remaining 3 days this week before my vacation will all be 12-hour days or more. Hope everyone will have a nice day today!

I hope your days at work go quick & your vacation is a slow & relaxing time!!!

She's so pretty! Lulu's groomer had to cancel her scheduled appointment earlier this month due to an illness. It'll be another week before she can see Lu, and boy is she fluffy LOL!

Lucy is still working on getting her fluffy back after her "summer doo" cut - I think that was 6 or 7 weeks ago!
I bet Lulu is adorable!! (as always)

My family and friends in La Crosse have it much worse though, please keep the community in your thoughts and prayers as they clean up.
Both my sister, and my folks have significant water in their basements. But are okay, most importantly!
It’s especially sad to see all of the animals affected.

It's the hectic time of the year for me .. finishing up back to school clothes shopping, kids go back to school next week. Trying to help the kids get their rooms, purged, cleaned and organized before school starts. Hair appointments, year eye exams, start stocking back on stuff for their lunches .... exhausting but good cause it means the best time of year is knocking on the door

Happy Tuesday, everyone! I've been a member here for a while, but rarely post. I've been in the spirit lately (although to be honest, it never leaves me) so I thought I would check in! Hope everyone is hanging in there in this heat! It's 35 here in Ottawa (95f)

Pumpkin Spice Latte is back today at Starbucks and I desperately want one.. but it is far too hot.

Great to see you! I noticed the bottled Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes on sale in the dollar store yesterday. There's no way I'd drink anything flavored like pumpkin, but I like seeing it on the shelves!
