Good morning MMC!! TGIF!! Whoop Whoop!! Sooooo looking forward to the weekend - even though it's bittersweet as it's our last weekend at the lake for the season!! But having a 3 day weekend will help! And if the weather stays good, we may be able to squeeze in another weekend yet! xx

Just work for me this morning, a stop at moms & then Lucy & I will head to the lake! Can't wait! Supposed to be a rainy weekend, but hey - we have Christmas on Hallmark!


Sunday night is the annual Ladies Night/Christmas Open House at the hardware store. Always a great time. We will go out for Mexican after. Can't wait to see this years lights/decorations!!!

Beautiful day in Chicago! Leaves changing quickly, great time of year here. Homemade Pizza and going to watch Vice Versa, part of the movie was filmed in my neighbors house next door! It was so cool when they were on the block for a few weeks, got to meet Fred Savage and Judge Reinhold among others. Cheers!

Carolina's school trip was to the Brandywine Zoo in Delaware. It's a nice little zoo attached to Brandywine Park. The classes got a lesson on nocturnal animals in the education center and we got to explore the zoo. They have about 20 to 25 animals and when you get to the end of the zoo you turn around and get to see the animals as you are leaving. It was a fun day but quite chilly.
Tomorrow Carolina has her 5 year well child visit in the morning and then I work at night.
I hope everyone has been having a great Rudolph day

Morning MMC! Happy Friday! Another busy week at work and the next 2 weeks will only be busier. I feel like these Autumn weeks go by like a blur. Can't believe it will be the last weekend before Halloween. I can't fathom it. This month just seems to go so fast. Even though September started to go faster, it feels like October is twice as fast. Have a great TGIF!

It truly is hard to believe this is the last full week of October!! Hope you have a great weekend!

Happy Friday!
It’s going to be partly sunny today with a high of 56 degrees. We have a Nor’Easter passing through tomorrow, we’re expecting high winds and heavy rain. I’m going to get a few errands over with today so I don’t have to worry about going out tomorrow. My youngest is going to run errands with me and we’re going to grab Chipotle for lunch. That’s about it. Should be a relaxing evening, we have a couple of shows to catch up with.

Good Morning Christmas Friends-

We are heading fast and furiously towards our favorite season. The countdown is:
Days to Halloween: 5
Days to the Season: 18
Days to Christmas Day: 59

Typical day of work for me and my daughter has a soccer game tonight and then tomorrow looks like we will be home for most of the day!! A Nor'easter of heavy rain and winds...hoping for no power outages! Hope you all have a great Friday and weekend...the last weekend of October! How did that happen??

TGIF, Christmas friends!

The Haunted House was a great success! The kids did an awesome job, and the crowd was MUCH bigger than they expected. We cleaned everything up, and the haunted halls are now classrooms again LOL.

Hallmark Movies starts their Countdown at 12 pm today! It’s so exciting - I just love that site. I check it everyday and never have trouble finding anything to watch. There is sometimes too much on!

Can't hardly wait!!! According to the TV guide the movies start at 2pm here! Hopefully I can be all settled in at the lake by then!!

Enjoy your day off!! A recording booth would be awesome and definitely beat the kitchen table that I used.

That's luxury! I have a folding table in our front room with a mic boom clamped to it. It's close to our front window, so if someone drives by or the neighborhood kids are playing, forget recording. But somehow I manage to get it done.

Good Morning, MMC!!!! It’s going to be a rainy weekend here in Indy but that’s okay. Why? Because we are less than 5 hours away from Hallmark Christmas Movies!! Woohoo!!!!!! I’m going to be totally unproductive for the next couple of months. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!

Took the day off from work for a busy day at home. As I type, the piano is being tuned for the holidays, then I have some Christmas recording projects to work on, if the neighborhood isn't too noisy. (Santa, could I have a recording booth for Christmas...?)

Good morning, MMC! As a lot of you have mentioned, the rain and wind is coming! One of my best friends from childhood is getting married tomorrow and I hate to see the weather being so crappy for them. I work this weekend, which I go in at 7 tonight, but switched with someone to have tomorrow off. I’m looking forward to the evening!

My kids will be going with DH’s parents this weekend to Pittsburgh. We have family from there and they’re going to visit all weekend. They have a Halloween party that DH will be taking them to tonight, so the kids are looking forward to a great weekend.

Not much in store for me today. The kids are off school. I’m going to pack the kids for the weekend, do some laundry, but once 12 pm hits, I’m going to turn HMM on and enjoy some Christmas! I hope to fit in a nap this afternoon for work too.
