We're having Thanksgiving here at my house with appx. 15 of us. I'm excited about that, but even more excited for you and your family! You guys are going to have so MUCH FUN. I can just see the girls big grins already and hear their laughs!!!

Good morning, friends! TGIF! Not sure exactly what my plans are for today. A lot of times on my Friday's off, I hang out with my sister, mom, and niece. My mom usually takes a half day and we go and do some shopping. I have to FaceTime my sister and see if that's the plan for today. If not, I'll probably just relax, read, and watch Hallmark. Currently, I'm just drinking some coffee and listening to Christmas music. After DH gets home from work, we have to grocery shopping and pick stuff up from Sunday. We're having Thanksgiving here at my house. Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Merry Friday, coach!
Along with doing projects for the store, I'm also working on a few merry projects and hoping to get over to see my brother.

Happy Friday! All Fridays are good but today is extra special as it's the last Friday I work for the remainder of 2019.
Our new tree for the kitchen is arriving today (again) so the plan is to get it assembled, in place and ready for decorating. The wife has set a goal to be all decorated by the end of the weekend with the exception of decorating the trees. The main tree in the living room won't be up until the day after Thanksgiving.
Weather today is supposed to be really nice, low 70s, but then we have 3 days close to 90. The good news is after those 3 days there is a long stretch of low 70s with chances of rain.
We'll take notes tonight of what we would still like to have and make a trip to Hobby Lobby tomorrow.

Sounds like you're gearing up for a pretty big feast at your place for Thanksgiving. Hope the weather cooperates and you have a wonderful time with lots of good memories made.
Merry Friday! Weather has taken a turn for the better here but it has uncovered the ice. Been stocking up on the seasonal Thanksgiving items I cant find after Christmas. Those Sage dried bread cubes go extinct here. Hope everyone has a good Friday!
Hello FRIDAY! Get my car back day! YABBA!
I've been awake since 3:30 a.m. I was attempting to go back to sleep, but the numbness in my left hand - mainly the pinky and ring fingers was driving me crazy and I couldn't get comfortable. Still not working right; not sure what's going on there, I wasn't sleeping on my hand. The night before, I woke up with the prickly and tingly sleeping hand thing, but it didn't bother me at all the rest of the day.
I couldn't pick up my coffee cup so I switched hands. I'm left-handed, but I do more heavy things with my right so I should function okay. Guess I'll appreciate that wee pinky a bit more once I realize how useful it is. My uncle lost two fingers at the first and second knuckle in a work related mishap. He used to be repair planes at the airport. I can be relieved that it's nothing serious.
There's no pain, it's just like rubber; weird. The B-12 should fix it up if it's any kind of vitamin deficiency.
We had quite a bit of snow overnight. The wind gusts are strong as well and I spotted two broken thin branches of the tree I can see from the kitchen window. There is a sugar-snow frosting on top of the cedar trees and shrubs. Even the naked tree looks a bit more festive with the now on the branches. No footprints in the untouched snow on the ground. No snow plows out yet which is odd, but I doubt there's more than two inches. There is a plow clearing a new spa business on the corner.
Snow should subside later in the day and we're expecting good weather over the weekend; although it could be cold.
The local Santa Claus parade is this Sunday.

I had the same numbness in my pinky and ring fingers. I was told it was Cubital Tunnel Syndrome, similar to the more famous Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I was told it was caused by my elbow on the desk with my chin in my hand, and sleeping with my arm behind my head. I wrapped my elbow at night with an Ace bandage for a long time, and I've forced myself to remember not to put my elbows on the desk. It's gotten better, and certainly not worth surgery now.

Wow, it's wet! All those months of complaining about how dry it was, and now we're plumb soggy LOL.
I finally got Elizabeth's car out of the shop. They've had it since Wednesday morning...for a front-end alignment! I was a little out of character yesterday afternoon, and let them know for sure how displeased I was with the whole thing. They called first thing this morning to say it was ready, and that the cost would be the original $80, not the $195 they were trying to foist upon me. Nice!
I'm looking forward to getting my truck, Rocky Balboa, back from my daughter.
Yes, my truck's name is Rocky.

That's so very exciting! Hope you get the decorating done and hope today at work isn't too bad.
Very exciting! Enjoy! We finally finished ours yesterday. DH put up my snow globes on the kitchen cabinets while I was at work yesterday, so that completed ours. We have the outside to do yet, but we don't do the outside until Thanksgiving.
Thank you! As of right now, weather looks good! I'll spend tomorrow making 3-4 pies and a pumpkin roll. We do a ham and turkey, plus all the traditional sides. We will be super busy cooking Sunday morning! I can't wait!
I was thinking possibly carpal tunnel myself. Possibly wrapping or getting brace may help @AuntieMistletoeDear
