DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 72
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 49

Happy September Teens! Today folks we have 72 days remaining until Thanksgiving and 49 days to go until November. Our next milestone will be when Autumn Arrives (officially) which will be in 9 days. Yep. That will be another big one for sure. And we continue along here in our Awesome Autumn. It’s great to be in these very early days of The Bers because we still haven’t even officially touched autumn yet. But next week we will. And that will be quite amazing. The weather has been comfortable here in September which is one reason I love this month so much. Not too hot anymore but not too chilly yet either. It’s been enjoyable for the most part. Maybe the best weather month of the year is September I think. May is up there too. Now for all you turkey fans who say who watched the conclusion of Week 1 of the NFL Season and are saying to yourself “Wow I forgot how awesome it is to have football season” just realize the weeks go by too fast so enjoy each and every single one of them. Week 1 is in the books but the great thing is football will take us right up until Valentine’s Day. Hard to believe I know but this is something I love that also really helps me later in the autumn/1st half of winter +. It helps bridge me through those times of year I may not love as much. But I’ve learned to appreciate all of the various and unique times of year. It’s Tuesday and that means tomorrow is Wednesday which means we’ll be back with a poll here. Love those weekly polls. Have a great September Teens!

The thing about Thanksgiving. I wish Halloween could be the end of September and Thanksgiving the end of October. Christmas seems so rushed with our late US Thanksgiving.

I was blessed to have a job where faculty had three weeks off at Christmas. We also closed the college on the Friday after Thanksgiving but I always took off Wednesday and sometimes the whole week.

I always front-end loaded my Fall classes since students of all ages had much to do between Thanksgiving and Christmas. All major assignments were due the week of Thanksgiving so there was just a test or two between Thanksgiving and the end of the semester.

Today, I was in the pool again. It didn't feel much like BERS but that's okay. I love the sun and water.
I feel the exact same way. I would like an earlier Thanksgiving so we could have more time in the Christmas season.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 71
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 48

Happy September Mid-Week! Today folks we move along in our counts and see 71 days remaining until Thanksgiving & 48 days to go until November. Our next milestone will be in 8 days when we officially welcome in Autumn. Amazing. And we continue here in our “Awesome Autumn” since we start it off early here with a weekly poll concerning autumn (or rather the other seasons too).

Next to Autumn (assuming it’s #1 for you) which season do you MOST look forward to?

  • Winter
  • Spring
  • Summer
  • All 3 seasons more than I look forward to Autumn (you may be banned from MMC if you choose this lol).
  • I know some of you are going to say “He’s gonna pick C.” But no…I’m picking B. For several reasons. #1 Winter is my least favorite season so I look forward to spring coming out of it. #2 because we have spring, summer and fall (all 3) ahead of us when we’re approaching spring rather than summer. What about you? What are your feelings on these seasons? Have a great mid-week turkey fans. Have a great September Mid-Week!

I'm going to go with "Spring". I really do love Winter, it is my second favorite season besides Fall, but for me, Winter gets depressing around the middle of February when Christmas and decorations feel far away, and there's still that "slog" to get through to reach Spring. But Spring is a whole different beast lol. The weather mirrors October, which I love, and "Spooky Spring" showing up in my life was something I didn't know I needed. So Spring is my choice!

Today I would have to agree with @SolidSnake84. I really look forward to Spring after a "long" winter. We're only "cold" for 3-4 months. Long and cold are both relative terms, aren't they?

My answer is entirely location based, so of course I'm going to choose A. Winters are mild here, and we rarely get any snow at all. Literally maybe once every 6-8 years. Fun fact: It snowed during each of the years that my daughters were born.

I do enjoy Spring, I really do, but we only get about three weeks of it here, realistically, before the heat and humidity kick in. Then it's just "Summer Lite."

I am going with Spring mainly because of the weather. After winter it is nice to get a warmup but not be to hot.

Fall and spring definitely have similarities too. I still really do enjoy the summer activities more than spring, but the hot and humid weather just drop it below spring for me.

I dislike winter anymore too as I get older. I like some snow around Christmas and then I'm done with it for the most part.

It's hard for me to pick a "season." Living on the East Florida coast, most every month is beautiful....except for the occasional tropical storm (haven't had one since 2018). I guess I'd pick Spring. I'm not a big fan of Jan/Feb because it can get cold and I really don't like cold weather. Spring for me.

I guess I should have said Spring for the weather and summer for the fun.
Yeah, that's it. 1663206892125.png
