Merry Christmas everyone!! The kids got up at 4:30 am so I have been shot all day..lol. This cold weather is making me constantly add charcoal to get these prime ribs done. Lasagna and stuffed shells are almost ready to come in.
We used to get up early as kids...but 4:30? What the heck CW? You need to keep those kids up later on Christmas Eve!

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 332
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 310
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 249

Happy 364 Shopping Days Till Christmas! Today folks we have 332 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 310 days left until November, and 249 days to go until The Bers. Our next milestone will be the Arrival Of January on Sunday. It will be the beginning of our 2nd month of 11 long months on our journey back to November. And we move ahead here in our Happy Holidays even though we have gone beyond Christmas now and we are happy where we are. We have a lot of leftover holiday fun stuff this week. And I hope you all get to enjoy some. And those lights folks. They are going to be out for quite a while. Enjoy them. And of course, always remember what brought you this wonderful time of year. It was Thanksgiving. Plain and simple and nobody can deny it. Now with it being Monday we do have a Weekly Countdown Till Thanksgiving Week which now stands at 47 weeks. See how we’ve been already silently dropping from the low 50s and now through the upper 40s heading towards the mid 40s? It’s the magic of the Christmas Season. It keeps us enthralled and other things we love also (which come sooner) get a little closer and closer without you realizing it. Now for all you turkey fans enjoy it today. If you have any leftover Christmas food and it happens to be turkey feel free to send some my way. I will take it and you won’t hear me complain about it either. Yum yum give me some gobble gobble. Have a great 364 Shopping Days Till Christmas!

Those counts look great, Edge! Closing in on a 300 days to November milestone!

The first batch of special days next month is really going to scratch the itch for "feels". I battled a little bit of PCB's yesterday evening before going to sleep, but honestly one of the things I thought about was how I can try and "beef up" my special days, and it almost sort of energized me. This last week of December is rough. Once we are back on here again though on New Year's Eve, I really feel like it's smooth sailing after that!

@Edge612 I can't tell you how happy this week's count makes me! I don't know that I have ever had the feels for the Monday of Thanksgiving Week spark up like this but they are here.

I love today's title (364 Shopping Days Until Christmas). Wonderful, Edge!

Guys, I gotta admit, I am ready to go. Not to blast through next year, but just to start off on this crazy adventure again with all of you into 2023 towards our Thanksgiving destination. I don't know how long this feeling will last, and I'm hoping I don't get bogged down in February - March like I usually do, but as of right now I am 100% psyched for next Thanksgiving.

Our "Bers End" Feast is coming up this Saturday evening. What started as just me cooking an extra Popeye's cajun turkey has turned into yet another Thanksgiving-sized meal. We have even invited my parents over! I'm excited to pick up my mac and cheese ingredients this week and start thawing the turkey. I'm hoping that this becomes another yearly tradition!

Happy Monday all! Glad we survived Christmas and its hard to believe its over with for a long while. Actually I cant believe fall is over with. Luckily we still have pumpkins that are doing great and surviving. Keeps me from getting the non stop "How long till pumpkin season dad?"

Got lots of leftover turkey. I made a boneless one for the first time and it was a hit. But it did feel a little less like turkey.

I am intrigued. I assume it was much easier to prep and carve, other than "feel" did you like it as well, or are you hinting that is why you have lots of leftovers?

Everyone liked it as well, especially the dark meat eaters as it was easier to eat. I have lots of leftovers because I always make enough for people to take some home and they always leave me too much. LOL.

I hoped that is what it was! How much easier did it make your prep?
