Good Morning Halloween Friends! Christmas is in the rear view mirror now, unfortunately, so that means I can turn my attention back to chasing these countdowns and preparing for our first MMC Special Day, which will be Tom Turkey Day #1 on Thursday. But don't forget about our first ever "HallowThanksMas Feast / Bers Farewell Dinner" on Sunday. That's going to be a fun one, and something that I am really looking forward to.

Our next milestone will be in only 10 Days as we celebrate the arrival of 300 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN. After that? There will be no more counts in the 300's. We will have a milestone next Friday, and then on Saturday no more counts in the 300's. Incredible. We started off with three counts in the 300's, and by next Saturday there will be no more of that.

One of my Christmas gifts was Halloween themed stuffed Snoopy! I am going to leave it out for the week as I move through the activities that I save for "the week between"!

How cute! I think I would leave him up in an unintrusive location all year long. I have a Christmas Snoopy and that is my intent--to just leave him in my rocking chair all year!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! It's incredibly foggy outside. Like this is a true "Halloween Fog" that you would see in a scary movie or a Halloween TV show. If it's still around when the sun comes up, I will try and get a picture of it.

Time marches on in our countdowns, we are now just four days away from our HallowThanksMas feast to say goodbye to The Bers, and in nine days, we will celebrate 300 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN. That will be the very last time in this 2024 Countdown thread that you will see a count in the 300's. They are all 200's and under after that. Sort of amazing to think about being in early January at that point and having no more counts in the 300's until next October.

I continue to smile daily when I see the Spooky Spring count getting closer and closer to 90 days. I know that's not a milestone per say, but that's an incredible time, and to think that it will soon be happening within three months is pretty snazzy.

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Thursday! Marching right along on this Thursday. Folks, it's WARM outside. It's almost 50 degrees outside right now, and it's heading to 60 degrees, I'm wondering if today might be one last day to feel like "The Bers" when it gets nice outside. I'll take it.

Today is Tom Turkey Day, so hop over in the Thanksgiving thread and celebrate. I can't wait to get my Tom Turkey day going, I'm going to be talking about it and what I can do to make the rest of the Tom Turkey days feel a little more like Thanksgiving.

Tomorrow we will be only ONE WEEK AWAY from our next milestone, that one being the 300 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN, and the very last time we will see a 300 level count until after next Halloween is over!

I brought out one of my boxes of Great Pumpkin Hunt eggs and hope to fill them with some of the stickers and toys I picked up after Halloween in the next couple of days and will start my list of what I have and what I still need for next year. Always nice to look ahead, but I think I said this last year, I WILL have the Great Pumpkin Hunt earlier in October!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Friday to all!

I mentioned in the Christmas thread that so far, this week has been pretty good to me. I will be excited to turn over a new calendar page on Monday, as well as really start getting back after these countdowns. You can see that our next milestone day will be in just one week from today, when we welcome the 300 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN, which will be the last time any of us see a 300 level count in this thread.

I think today is as good a day as any to do our December review, and then tomorrow will be the January preview. I'm starting to get a little excited, to be honest with you.

DECEMBER - A month that went by too fast for all of us. We said goodbye to Thanksgiving and what was left of the "actual Bers", and switched gears mentally to see the sights and sounds of Christmas unfold all around us. We didn't pay too much attention to Halloween / October milestones as none of us wanted to wish that time away. We were just letting "The Bonus Months" do their thing. Christmas came in a flash like it always does, and now we are staring down the last few days of the dreaded last week of December.

I had a wonderful December this year, and a wonderful Christmas, but it just all went by way too fast! Never in my life has time flown by as fast as it did this past year. I hope this isn’t the start of a trend…

I am GREATLY looking forward to turning my attention back towards our daily counts, including Spooky Spring, which I believe is our first and biggest item of importance, other than Easter, of course.

I also forgot about “Zombieary.” I’ll be bringing that back again this year.
 
Evening Halloween Fans! I hope all of you have had a great day. I had a busy one but then came home to relax. Now going out to dinner with the family. Well I do miss those Halloween decorations. Don't you? Happy Halloween!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Saturday to you! The very last weekend of 2024 is here, and it will be the last weekend that we have of "The Bers 2023".

Tomorrow is our HallowThanksMas feast and our official "goodbye" to The Bers. It sounds sad and sounds daunting, but there are "246" days to go until the 2024 Bers begin, and if you count down to Fall Pre-Season like I do in here, you will know from the count above, that our Pre-Bers month is 215 days away. By the time we celebrate our first Jack O Lantern Day of 2024, we will be in a 100's count towards Fall Pre-Season! Whoa.

As you can see, beginning next week, once a week we will have a Halloween/Fall/October milestone! I'm excited to start my annual Harry Potter rewatch, as I do every year in January, and I am already getting excited for the first Jack O Lantern day of 2024!

I'm going to be doing a "deep dive" into my JOL Days this evening in our Offseason thread, I am excited to announce some slight changes to my celebrations this year!

Happy HallowThanksMas! Today is our "official" goodbye to The Bers. I'm sure today will be a mixture of emotions. It's been a glorious Bers, and it always goes by too fast.

I want to thank @Rich and the other people who suggested having some sort of "themed" event on the 31st here, as I agree, it would have been too long to go from October 31st to January 31st without "something" in December. So I'm hoping today goes well and we have a new routine.

Our next milestone will be on Friday, when we reach 300 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN. The first weekend of 2024 will see us have no more counts remaining in the 300's!
