Good Morning Halloween Friends! Happy Thursday! It's "mini Friday" on a 3 day weekend, can things be much better? It turns out in fact, yes they CAN be better because today we are FINALLY in a 100's count on our way back to The Bers. I think that 200 day milestone that we reached yesterday is one of the biggest milestones out of our entire countdown year.
We have also broken into the 250's now on our way back to Halloween! I mentioned yesterday, the October and Days to Halloween count will hopefully go as slow as molasses. Because if it doesn't, that means October has flown by again.
My Thursday Halloween thought goes off topic a bit today, my thoughts are again on that 200 Day Milestone to The Bers that we hit yesterday, and just how special that is. One of my "projects" if you can call it that, is for me to compile a list of dates and milestones that are very special to me throughout our entire countdown "year", and I want to try and make a "top" list. I would be curious as to how my dates that are special to me might compare to others. I'm not sure when I'll get this done but hopefully before Spooky Spring!

We're over the half way point in the month now and picking up steam as we march towards the "Month of Hope". Our next milestone in here will be NEXT Saturday, when we reach 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN. Kind of a little spooky to imagine that early next week we are going to be in a 30's count to SPOOKY SPRING. I think we are all looking forward to that.

I emptied another clear gallon jug for Halloween projects but the half-gallon of milk I got in my last Walmart order came in a white jug. Drats!

Good Morning Halloween Friends! The 3 day weekend has begun! Let me tell you, last night, we went and got our groceries, there were more people at the store than normal because of the snow storm that was coming, you all know how it is, where everybody freaks out. But the hustle and bustle, along with how the air "felt" being outside last night, there was energy in the air, I could feel it, and all the running around we did honestly gave me thoughts of the days leading up to Christmas. It felt great. It was the most powerful blast of "feels" I've had in a while.
The snow ended up coming, but the roads were too warm, so it only stuck to the ground and the trees. There's about 2 inches of snow here. We continue marching along through February and the "Month of Hope" draws closer every day. In exactly one week, we will be at the "250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN" milestone. We will be seeing a 30's count to Spooky Spring this week! Have a great Saturday folks, I hope you have fun whatever you get into today. Take a few moments for some Spooky thoughts!

Good morning Halloween Fans!
We got about 5 inches of snow yesterday, it looks lovely outside.
Prior to the snow coming, the weather has certainly had a late Fall feel to it, and looks to resume that same feeling next week. Highs in the upper 40s and low 50s. I have also been doing a lot of football preparation for next Fall, so that helps to provide that Fall feeling. I am really hoping that we get an extended Spring this year since Winter has been so mild. But I am afraid that we are going to go from this right into nasty heat.

Good Morning Sunday Halloween buddies! We advance on another day of the magic 3 day weekend. Back to back milestones have now came into view again, and extra special as we have our own version of a "February Triumvirate". In six days, we will welcome 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN. In 11 days not only do we have JOL Day #2, but we also reach 200 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON. I can't stress this enough, the October counts are ones that I do not want to speed along.
Easter candy is permeating the stores now everywhere, and every Halloween fan in this thread and probably those abroad knows that OUR TIME for candy will be up next. There's a pretty good stretch of time between Easter and the first "offerings" of Halloween candy, but we will get through the time together! I always like to remind myself that by the time we see the first Halloween item in the stores, we will probably near or at Fall Pre-Season!

The counts here continue to amaze me as we begin the last full week of February! The Month of Hope grows closer every day! Tomorrow we will enter into single digits on the way down to 200 DAYS TO HALLOWEN SEASON, We will enter into a 30's count on our way to Spooky Spring on Thursday, and on Saturday, we will ring in 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN.
I spent a lot of time yesterday actually daydreaming about Fall & Halloween. I think I may have had the first true day of PCB's, as Christmas was on my mind a lot when I was outside yesterday cleaning up. I played with the image creator last night because I wanted to see Halloween pixel art for some reason. I was not disappointed!
This path through the pumpkin patch almost makes me think of the "road" that we are on right now. It's not THE road that opens up in May when we start our "final journey" back home, but rather this road might be us on our way to the next Jack O Lantern Day or Spooky milestone day. Time is a journey after all.

2024 is the year of Silent Hill! In addition to the remake of Silent Hill 2, I completely missed this teaser trailer they dropped at the end of January for the next movie, Return to Silent Hill, which is the big screen adaptation of Silent Hill 2. There's a reason why that one is the best in the series.
