I can't believe it's been 3 days since I last posted on here - time is just flying by!!! My Moms 80th birthday party was really nice...once it finally got started! We woke up yesterday to find out we were under a level 3 snow emergency!!! My brother works in law enforcement so he called the Sheriffs office & they said it was going to be awhile before the roads were clear b/c the snow plows couldn't even get through. They were going to have to get out special equipment to buck open the roads. So we called off the party! Well...the sun came out & within 2 hours the state had the roads clear & we called everybody back & said "PARTY'S ON!!" I think Mom had a really good time! We watched the superbowl at a Legion Hall - friends of ours (who are huge Steelers fans) rented the hall & invited 1/2 the town! Lol! What a game!! Hope you all had a great weekend! We are supposed to get more snow & wind tomorrow/Wednesday!!!

The predicted snow has started to - um - melt away in the forecast although there is still the possibility.

We are now down to SINGLE DIGITS to the one quarter milestone which arrives on Feb 12.

Good morning. I don't know what the temps are, (too lazy to get off my chair and go look outside) but I do know it's COLD!
I don't go into work until 9am, and that just feels too wierd, I'm used to going in for 7 or 8. (No OT, so that's why the time switch.)

Well, we only got a light dusting of snow late yesterday evening. Barely enough to coat the cars in the parking lot. Nothing on the ground.
With a bright sun out, even that will be gone in an hour or 2.
It is cold however, at 33.

hi guys,

i haven't been on the forum for a few days because i have been sooo busy, it's non stop for me at the minute.

i'm embarking on a new venture with a friend of mine who is an actor, we are having a go at writing a comedy series, he's naturally very funny and he has alot of contacts and people who are interested so far so fingers crossed! it works well for me seeing as i'm pregnant and nobody wants a pregnant actress!

well january is over and february is here! another month bites the dust, christmas 2009 here we come!!!!!!

We have more than a dusting, Crown. 6" of beautiful, white fluffy snow has fallen all around us! Icicles are hanging from the roof. The roads are dangerous so most are staying home today. It's a perfect day to watch Christmas movies!! Have a wonderful day Christmas friends! :
