Yep, she's definitely Vote for the Worst material. I think she's gone tonight. She's been on far too long as it is.

Also, I agree about Jar-Jar, Jr. Didn't know he was still around. Weird.

I thought Blind Guy wasn't that great in what they showed of him and think he might be gone tonight. I cannot picture them putting Ryan in the position of high fiving him again. He is an interesting contestant and that might put him through.

Danny and Jamal are both great, even if Dead Wife is all he sings about. I guarantee you the dude is being flooded with offers from women who think he's senstive and sweet.

Overall, I don't think they've shown enough of the female singers. I haven't seen a compelling one or memorable one yet, really.

I cannot believe that they put that Nick guy through (the one with the alter ego ... can't remember his name. Norton, Norman? something like that lol), but they got rid of Jamal!! :-?
And Tatiana ... I don't even know what to say. She makes me cringe.

well, to be painfully fair, i heard tatiana sing for the first time last night, and well, annoying as she is, she can sing! however, i am going to reactivate my att phone just so i can vote her off immediately!!!!!

funny thing about jamal..... did yall hear simon ask him if he would be interested in coming back? THEY NEVER SAY THAT! and i think there is a wild card thing this year. i dont know, but mother and i think something is up...........

and nick/norman can sing his patootie off as well, even when he is being the most annoyingly unfunny comic!

i think we vote off three out of the first twelve (which includes tatiana and danny-dead wife) but i am not sure so am now off to the idol site for a little more info!

Hate to admit it, but I'm a Norman Gentle fan. I think he's hilarious.

Oh, we're keeping Danny! I think he's got the best voice of all of them this year. My two sisters and I agree that Jamal (or is it Jamar?) his friend, needs to be brought back as a wild card. He is too good to get booted out now, he should go to the top 5 at least. And I have to say, I thought he handled the situation like a total gentlmen and professional. He didn't stomp or cry say it was unfair, I was totally impressed by him.

None of the ladies stand out to me yet - except that giggly chick, and while she can sing, she's just too annoying. Nick/Norman, well, not sure what he's going to do, but he does keep it entertaining.

I didn't really like the whole sing off thing. Those poor people are under enough stress without pitting two of them against each other at that point. Whoever wins is going to feel guilty, especially if they got along well with the other person, like those first two young guys. I felt bad for both of them! I hope they don't do that again.

Heard this morning that the pretty girl with black hair, blue eyes and cries alot has already been dropped because she had a record contract prior to the audition but was dropped. She made such an impression on me that I can't remember her name....Norman is a whoot...Tatiana may make me pull an Elvis on my TV...

I started watching last night and of course my local Fox channel went totally black, in fact it is the same today. I have Dish Network and I called them today but still no local fox channel. It was so nice when we didn't have to have our local networks, they gave us the networks from bigger cities but now they can not do it.

I'm not sure yet who is my favorite but I know who I don't like and that is the girl who is always crying and does not respect authority. And the whiny crying guy is not idol material. You would think contestants would realize that it's not all the singing voice, a lot of it is attitude and respect. Also being mature and listening to good advice and making changes.

That's good, I am tired of hearing about these people who have already been around the block a time or two. She not only had an album, but also did singles from musical scores for Disney movies. She's had professional experience and training -- how is that fair to anyone else?

Frankly, I'm not impressed -- so far -- with the women singing in season 8. Maybe we just haven't seen enough actual singing.

For example, the blind dude. I didn't like him, now I like him. They showed more of him performing. That was the difference.

I have not been keeping up with the show this year. Maybe tonight I will watch it to see what's happened. Not sure if I can keep up with the drama..LOL. Can't wait until they put some new shows on that are not dramas or reality!
