DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 27
Happy November Arrives! Today folks we move along and see that we have 27 days remaining until Thanksgiving. I’m sorry. What happened to our other count? It’s completed. Today is our Milestone folks which is November Arriving. Unbelievable but now we begin OUR month here in the Thanksgiving Thread. Our next milestone will be the Home Stretch till Thanksgiving friends. Don’t believe it? I don’t either but it will be in 17 days. But for now, let’s do our Fun Fact Friday below!
Benjamin Franklin: Franklin wrote a letter to his daughter praising turkeys, which led to speculation that he wanted turkeys to be the national emblem and mascot instead of the bald eagle. However, this may have been a joke.
Well I’m ok with that idea. Maybe the turkey should be the national emblem and mascot. What could be better? We invented Tom Turkey Day so maybe with Election Day approaching we can ask our officials to vote for this. Turkey friends our month is here. The long 11-month wait has ended. And so we begin friends into our special month of November. Are you ready for it? I sure hope so because I am. Have a great November Arrives!

Happy November 1st! Christmas Time is here and our big day this month is in less than 4 weeks! I have more PTO and time off in November and December than any other month of the year!

Welcome to November! It’s turkey time! I have so much left to do before Thanksgiving — I don’t think I’ve ever waited this long to get started with the Thanksgiving planning. I haven’t even picked up our turkey yet, no Christmas presents have been purchased, I still have stuff to procure for our Disney trip…November is going to be a chaotic month.

Happy November Weekend! Today folks we move along and see that we have 26 days remaining until Thanksgiving. That’s it. Our next milestone will be the Home Stretch till Thanksgiving. And that’s it too. Our final milestone is coming friends. But not right now or anytime in the immediate future thankfully. We move along in our Awesome Autumn on this Quiet Weekend Part 1 of 2. No topics today. Just our count above. Loved seeing SS new Halloween Thread. I got into it this year and thought it was awesome. Luckily, we haven’t had to start a new thread here because that would mean Thanksgiving ended. But then again that means we’ll be fully into the Christmas Season. So maybe it’s not so bad huh? Anyway, turkey friends I hope you are doing well and enjoying your weekend so far. The best to you this Saturday. I hope you get a lot done but have fun too. And we gain an hour this weekend. The longest weekend of the year. Huh. Never thought about that huh? Do you think you will notice it though? We’ll notice next week when it’s darker out when we go home. I’ll have to try to get out quickly to get Damian out before dark but eventually we won’t be able to make it and will take some quiet evening darker walks after many months of light.
