It's the middle of March and it got here so fast. How did that happen?
Our snow is melting, and I must say I'm not sorry to see it go.
I can live without it until Christmas. :
Has anyone watched the movie FIREPROOF? I thought the movie was very good, even if the acting was a little stiff.
I'm actually thinking of buying THE LOVE DARE book.

Sorry you have a "time of it" Christmasgranny ... congratulations on the birth of your first grandson. Another child to spoil at Christmas. Woo Hoo!

Hope Kandice is feeling better, Rebel and you manage to celebrate your birthday (tomorrow) with enthusiasm and cake.

Suddenly, I have the craving for pasta and can't figure out why.

I have a Christmas corner that I leave up all year. I'm going to down-size it in the next day or two while I finish up my Spring cleaning.

Good Morning, and welcome to anther week in our journey back to Christmas.

And what finer way to greet a new week than with a new opera chapter?
And what a chapter. Carl and I attended (I kept Carl from cheering too loudly and he kept me awake) and.....though it pains me to say.....and may cost me sleep.....there just MIGHT be something good in drinking coffee after all - - - MIGHT.

OK, on with the count:
Days to the Season: 242
Days to Christmas Day:284
We leave the 1/3 Season Milestone behind and begin a short 10 day hop to the 1/4 Christmas Day Marker.
Gracious! Single digits to that point as of tomorrow. WOW! We are really moving along.

Cool and damp here in Raleigh where we stand at 46 currently.
Still more rain is possible today but it should be nice, warm and dry for Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hey guys & gals! :hi: Hope you all had a great weekend!!! I am LOVING this warmer weather!!! Supposed to be almost 70 & sunshine tomorrow. My hubby tilled the garden tonight, so I might plant some lettuce, radish, etc tomorrow night - the spring crops! I've got garden on the brain right now, but before I know it Christmas will be back at the top!! Have a good night everybody!

Hey Christmasgranny - my hubby & I watched it last night! We both thought it was very good! My sister had rented it from Netflix & she gave it to me to watch b/c yesterday was me & hubby's Anniversary - she said it would be a good Anniversary movie! Lol!! And it was!! She also said they were showing it at a local church yesterday afternoon too.

Happy St Patty's Day everyone. I'm a smidgeon Irish on my mom's side, and I have to wear green today by default (all our work shirts are green).

I'm really seriously thinking of doing a Christmas in July, but with the size of my family, buying everyone a little something can get pricey. Well, I guess we'll see what happens when July gets here. LOL
