I mentioned it a few days ago I believe, but I feel like April/Easter is the last holiday before we have all of the "halfways" coming up (Halfoween, Halfway to Thanksgiving, Halfway to Christmas). Business will begin to pick up here in just a few more weeks!

I’m going with A. I love chocolate so I have to pick Easter candy and there’s a lot of good kinds to enjoy. I won’t say it’s on Halloween Candy level but it’s high up on the list. Out of those four things, I'm going with Easter Candy. I love the jelly beans, Peeps, and anything chocolate.

I will go A. This is just because I like to eat a carmel filled chocolate egg around Easter. Unfortunately I have not seen any, just a bunch of the creme filled eggs.

I'm going to go with "A", and also a 'write in' choice:

Big Family Dinner - The family Easter dinner will be our first "holiday" dinner since Christmas and New Year's Day. There will be lots of "holiday" feels! A perfect way to almost usher in May and "The Road" to The Bers beginning!

Thanksgiving is a day you feel joy. But a different kind of joy than Christmas Eve. A joy of anticipation much like Christmas Eve. Yet, a joy of what’s to come not just “tomorrow” like on Christmas Eve but for the coming days and weeks. Nobody really thinks about Thanksgiving, having anticipation like Christmas Eve does but it does. It’s just a different kind of anticipation.

Thanksgiving’s anticipation is about the long range not the short range. It’s about what’s coming with the holiday season which hasn’t started up yet. It’s about all the joy and excitement of the holiday season that is about to begin. Christmas Eve is all about the joy and anticipation of the big Christmas Eve night (magic) and Christmas Day (the pinnacle). Similar yet different types of anticipation, I think. Have a great Spring Break!

Absolutely true. The "long-term" joy of Thanksgiving is what finally pushed it ahead of Christmas Eve for me personally. With Thanksgiving, there's no bittersweet end lurking just a few days away. There's at least a month (or more) of the holiday season still ahead.

Thanksgiving is the relaxed Kick off to Christmas Season. There is no real pressure unless you are cooking LOL. A day to enjoy good food and company. A day to be truly thankful for everything you have and to reflect on what is coming over the next weeks.

It’s Friday folks so it’s time for our favorite (or one of our favorites) which is Fun Fact Friday below!

Well after that kind of trip I would think you’d be starving and want a Thanksgiving type of meal so why not turkey? It is the best meal in the entire galaxy so it makes sense to want some. Turkey friends I hope you are enjoying your week. It’s a special Friday today. And it’s a big Easter Weekend which for many starts today. The best to you if you are celebrating this weekend. Happy Saturday to everyone! MMC is finally back online! It's easter weekend and preparation is already underway for our dinner tomorrow.

A few "Christmas Sides" are being snuck in there, that could easily pass for Thanksgiving sides - Cream Corn Casserole and Deviled Eggs!

I hope everyone has a great Saturday! I'm going to go hide some easter eggs here shortly so when Abby gets home we can have an egg hunt!
