Thanksgiving 2026 Thread

Our pastor spoke about Thanksgiving this morning. He said it is his favorite holiday of the year and the purest on the calendar, with little commercialization. I started wondering if he had been talking to some of y'all here on the forum. LOL. He read these verses, and they reminded me of The Bers.
Psalms 65:11-13
11 You crown the year with Your goodness;

Well...I am down to 1 bowl of leftovers for tomorrow. Cant actually say I am sorry to see the food gone this year. Still hard to fathom that fall is over with and I now have to wait till July to see fall hit the craft stores.

Happy Cyber Monday! Today folks we move along and see that we have 360 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 335 days left until November and 274 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Happy Holidays portion of this thread with a big milestone day today. That is the fact we have reached the month of December. It has arrived. The 11-month journey back to OUR month of November begins right here and right now. Do you know what else begins right here and right now? It would be the first ever YouTube Day. And what do we start off this new feature with? The Thanksgiving Song!

I am not the most well-rounded person when it comes to music. This is something I never heard or ever knew existed. Did anyone else? I have to say it really pulls at your heart strings a bit. It’s a little sad but a lot of happy too. And I think it hits home for most of us. Watching it made me want to rewind to last week, but we can’t. However, thankfully Thanksgiving brought us to the holiday season, and we have the chance to have more special holiday moments with family and friends coming up this month. Have a great Cyber Monday!

Happy Early December! Today folks we move along and see that we have 359 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 334 days left until November and 273 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Happy Holidays with our next milestone arriving in 9 days. It will be the 350-Day Marker till Thanksgiving. It’s the ONLY one that even has that marker of our 3 counts when you look at the other 2. They started below that mark which is kind of nice. Everyone feeling well I hope as we embark here on this Tuesday. December is just amazing, isn’t it? Every year it just feels so different from the other 11 months. It almost feels like we’re living in a dream but it’s reality. Tuesday is here friends so for the first time ever in this thread please post your pictures here on Picture Day. This has become one of the staples of this thread in the last few years and it is here to stay all year long in this thread as it has been renewed for another year. The best to you my turkey friends and I hope your Monday went well. Of course, I hope your Tuesday goes just as well if not even better than Monday did for you. Snowy Tuesday and it continues with never ending work on peoples vehicles. I believe our cars are all ready for the Chili Bowl in January if I can just survive Christmas..lol
