Once again here in early January we are standing on the doorstep of a major milestone, that being the 200 DAYS TO FALL PRESEASON!!! And if that isn't enough motivation to get through a Monday, arm yourself with the knowledge that on THURSDAY of THIS WEEK, we will reach 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON. The grand finale for this week will be reaching the half way point of the month, and then beginning the final half! At least for me, this January is really moving.

Well looky here, I wake up on a random Monday in the middle of January, and we’re already on the eve of another milestone. Thank you, bonus months! I love having something to look forward to, especially in the winter months.
Hello Halloween Fans! I hope you are doing well on this sunny day. It's a nice on here. I thought they said it would be breezy out but I really didn't feel it. And that sun is dare I say feeling slightly stronger as we move forward into the heart of winter. Without the wind of course. Happy Halloween!
Reading this brought a smile to my face! What felt like a normal (if fast) Monday suddenly seems like the start of a wonderful week!

Can you believe we are already witnessing the amazing 200 DAYS TO FALL PRE-SEASON??? It just doesn't seem possible here in the early stages of January. And also if you check out the counts, you can see that in one week from now is 100 DAYS TO HALFOWEEN. And when we wake up tomorrow and do this again, it will be on the eve of the 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON milestone!
I remember thinking about all these January milestones back in early December when I was missing Halloween, and also trying to mentally prepare myself for "The Slog". And the mild weather and counting all these milestones have really helped propel me through this long dark month so far!

That's right, we are standing on the doorstep to the 250 DAYS TO HALLOWEEN SEASON milestone, which will be here TOMORROW! It's also nice to look up and see Fall Preseason down in the 100's now.
Folks, it seems hard to believe, but slowly and surely we are also closing in on 100 DAYS TO HALFOWEEN. Some of these counts to me, look like I've used some kind of video game cheat or hack to speed up time. And even though that's not the case, the HALF-WAY point of this month arrives later THIS WEEK.
I honestly can't think back to a January ever, where I feel like I have just blasted through the month. It's honestly been kind of a "perfect storm" of having supreme motivation so far on my journey to Holiday Season 2026, very generous January weather (it hasn't even been brutally cold ONCE this month), and also constant dates / things that I have been keeping my eye on (Holly's upcoming surgery, buying our new jeep, etc....).
Whatever the case may be, we're almost halfway down on this month! I hope you guys have a great day!

I must be living in the movie Groundhog Day or something. I could have sworn that yesterday was the 14th, but then I looked at my phone just now and it turns out today is the 14th. I’m pretty sure I dated some documents yesterday with the 14th.
