Happy Mid-July! Today folks we move along and see that we have 134 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 109 days left until November and 48 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive 1 week from tomorrow when we reach Tom Turkey Day #8. The very next day we’ll celebrate the 100-Day Marker till November. It’s Wednesday folks so time for our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

I’m going with B. It’s fun to read the results day by day. And it’s always an adventure. I never read ahead of time so I’m going in blind with you until I type up the daily report and let you know what it is. Have a great Mid-July!​
 
I have to answer "B" on this one. It's fun to be surprised and try and remember how I voted. All good fun because any item in the entire list is part of 50 awesome things. Like I always say, it's like comparing all time great QB's. You're in the company of superstars.

It's C for me. When you comment on each topic, it's like reliving (or pre-living) it each day. By the time we get to the end of the Preview, I feel like I've lived thru The Bers and get to do it again, immediately.

Happy Middle Day Of July! Today folks we move along and see that we have 133 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 108 days left until November and 47 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive 1 week from today when Tom Turkey Day #8 arrives. The next day we have the 100-Day Marker till November. It’s Thursday folks so time for our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving Week. It now stands at 19 weeks. Awesome into the teen’s friends. I hope you are all enjoying your week so far. I’m on Summer Vacation #2. I have a couple of other days off this summer but the bulk of it really was in June and July. Trying to spend some time with family and trying my best to take a break too from running around. Kind of really thinking about where we are in the year now. This is really the heart of summer now. Middle of July to Middle of August. I always feel things slow down a bit and they have here for now. Maybe that’s a good thing so we can take our time enjoying the preview in the Hang Out and the road back to The Bers where we eventually all want to be. The record for the most expensive Thanksgiving dinner is held by New York City’s Old Homestead Steakhouse at a casual $181,000.

Pocket Change for Rich. That’s some meal though. I wonder how much food there was and what it looked like. Can you imagine? There better be a ton of sides for that cost. I do love Thanksgiving more than most people, but do I want to spend 181K on one meal? I can imagine the bill for that. People go to the bathroom and climb through the window to get out of there to avoid the bill. The best to you all my turkey friends. Enjoy your day today and make the most of it this Friday. Was it a dinner for all of Brooklyn or something? That’s a huge feast. Or it should be. These days that’s probably their cost for one turkey. When I bought my house back in 2008 it was honestly less than that.

My 1st place was in '97 and it was $78k. A old friend sent me a link to its listing presently and its $225k with nothing done but a new front porch.

We spent $57.13 on our Thanksgiving meal last year and had leftovers every day through the weekend and into Monday. I can't imagine what you would get for $181k.

I've never really stopped and calculated how much our meal is.....but it sure isn't $181,000.
