Happy Augusto! Today folks we move along and see that we have 96 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 71 days left until November and 10 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest on this milestone day as we have reached the Home Stretch till The Bers. Amazing. It’s Saturday folks so time for the 1st half of our Quiet Weekend Period. We are in a very special place folks and a very special time right now here on the weekend before the “final weekend” of the Non-Bers year. I hope everyone has a great day today on this Saturday. We may see some showers later today but that’s okay. I’ll try to get some yard work done earlier in the afternoon before the showers hit. The Sunday Group has a baseball game this weekend so that should be fun. It’s always a fun time on Sundays. It became the highlight of my week the last several years. I hope everyone is happy this Saturday and enjoying the start of their weekend. Make the most of it my friends. And have a lot of fun this weekend. But also try to relax a bit as well. Gobble Gobble to all of you. It’s been a good week here and I’m hoping the weekend will be just as good or even better if possible. Keep turkey thoughts in your head. Have a great Augusto!​

DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 70
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 9

Happy Elite August! Today folks we look at our counts and see that we have 95 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 70 days left until November and 9 days to go until The Bers. We move along in the late stages of our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive on Thursday. It will be Tom Turkey Day #9. A big one and one that we all know Rich likes a lot so hopefully he’ll do his usual turkey dance he does every month. It’s Sunday folks so time for the 2nd half of our Quiet Weekend Period. The Sunday Group has a long day planned as we do our annual Yankees Pre-Game Tour this morning and, in the afternoon, we’ll be staying for the baseball game of course. Nothing like being at the ballpark for a 3rd game this season. Our first time we did 3 games in one season, but I think it feels right. Hopefully there is not a strike next season which many people believe there will be. I’d hate to see that after baseball and its popularity has started to grow more it seems. The best to you my turkey friends on this Sunday. I wish you all well as we move along to a new day here. The history of Thanksgiving is something I take an interest in, so today’s clip is really a cool one to view. I hope everyone is enjoying the start of their week. I’m ready as I got through that 1st 5 day week last week and now following it up with another this week. The weekend was busy but fun mostly. But now back into the groove of a new week and a full week of not being in The Bers for the final time this year. That really hits home if you ask me. I hope you are all doing well my turkey friends and make the most of your Monday. May the force be with you here to start the week and I hope you glide through it in style. Turkey style maybe sounds like the best way to glide into anything if you ask me. Have a great Reliable August!​
 
Just 49 days until Canadian Thanksgiving! October 12, to be exact! It'll be a day of cooking and eating and a night of scary movies!

Happy Final Week Of August! Today folks we move along and see that we have 93 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 68 days left until November and 7 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest (Final week) with our next milestone set to arrive on Thursday with Tom Turkey Day #9. A big one and Rich will do his usual turkey dance here on Thursday. You don’t want to miss that, my friends. It’s Tuesday and today is our weekly Picture Day. Talk about not wanting to miss something, well you don’t want to miss this. This is when we see pictures of Fall/Thanksgiving all over this thread. I’m looking forward to seeing them as always. I hope you are doing well turkey friends and that your week got off to a good start on Monday. Can you believe 1 week from today is The Bers? Tomorrow will be Poll Day as always in this thread and you can be sure that it will be all about The Bers. This is our final chance to reset, get excited and really think about The Bers before they get here. As much as I love The Bers I also love saying that we still have the entire Bers Season in front of us and for these next 7 days I can still say it, so I’ll probably repeat that phrase every single day.
