DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 99
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 74
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 13

Happy Latter Summer! Today folks we move along and see that we have 99 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 74 days left until November and 13 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive on Saturday with the Home Stretch till The Bers. There are no more triple digits in this thread. Ever again. It’s Wednesday folks so time for our Weekly Wednesday Poll below!

What is one thing you hope the most about this upcoming Bers Season?

A.) It goes slower than usual.
B.) It’s chillier than normal autumn.
C.) It snows for the holiday season.
D.) I hope it goes the same way it always does.

This one I have to go with A. It goes slower than usual is the one thing I hope more than anything. But I always say you can’t slow down time, but you can get more out of the time you have. Not sure who’s quote that is, but I like it. Have a great Latter Summer!

Wow, it's hard to choose between A, B or C!

Since it's so doggone HOT right now, I'll go with B.

I’ll say A, B, and C. That’s right — all three of them. I want them to last longer, but I also want cooler weather because of the oppressive summer heat. And it’ll never snow down here in time for Christmas, not in a million years, but I’m still going to wish for it!

A and B for sure. Would love a white Christmas too. This will be the first fall in many years where there is no extra activities going on. When the kids were in school it was cheerleading on the weekends for football games and Marching Band. For the past few years DH and DD have played softball on Sundays but this fall they are both taking a break from softball. Now I will have more time to bake and enjoy the fall weekends.

A, B, and C for me too!
But if I had to pick just one, it would be A. I want The Bers last a very long time.

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 98
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 73
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 12

Happy Artistic August! Today folks we move along and see that we have 98 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 73 days left until November and 12 days to go until The Bers. We move along in our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive on Saturday. It will be the Home Stretch till The Bers. It’s a new day here folks this Thursday and time for our Weekly Countdown till Thanksgiving. It stands now at 14 weeks. We’re heading towards the ¾ marker of our count folks. Unbelievable. I hope everyone’s week has been going well. Getting back into a steady routine here has been good for me. I’ve enjoyed it and thanks to SS for my first ever Bers Preseason I came up with in similarity to his Fall Preseason. Mine is a little different mentality and a different time but not too different from his. The best to you my turkey friends as we all progress into the 4th day of this week. I hope your week is going well so far and that you are making the most of your day and time of day as well. It’s been a crazy busy week here and this is the slow time of year, but I think at this point I need that kind of daily routine compared to things being slower. Gobble Gobble my turkey friends. Make the most of it. Have a great Artistic August!

Can I choose both "A" and "B" as an answer?

DAYS TILL THANKSGIVING: 97
DAYS TILL NOVEMBER: 72
DAYS TILL THE BERS: 11

Happy Summer TGIF! Today folks we move along and see that we have 97 days remaining until Thanksgiving, 72 days left until November and 11 days to go until The Bers. We move along in the late stages of our Summer Sweatfest with our next milestone set to arrive tomorrow with the Home Stretch till The Bers. It’s Friday folks so time for our Fun Fact Friday below!

Why is it called a turkey? Oh boy, this will take some explainin’. Back in the day, the Europeans took a liking to the guinea fowls imported to the continent. Since the birds were imported by Turkish merchants, the English called them turkeys. Later, when the Spaniards came to America, they found a bird that tasted like those guinea fowls. When they were sent to Europe, the English called these birds “turkeys” as well.

I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far. It’s been a good and busy one here. I’m looking forward to today finishing up a 5-day work week. Almost forgot what those were the last 2 months. But I’m also looking forward to the weekend. Let’s enjoy this Friday first my friends here in the later stages of summer. Have a great Summer TGIF!

You left off E.) All of the above.

I'd probably take B right now...
