Kandice is asleep and we are watching the Chronicles of Narnia...Aslan the Lion has just been killed by the White Witch....made me sad....but I read that he wakes up the next day
my brother turns 32 on saturday....i bought him a collection of computer games that were popular in the late 80s...we were just talking bout one game of those on it a few weeks ago....and now I found it...I know he will love it
Don't you just hate it when after a week you finally finish all of your outside christmas decorations and then you get hit with 3 straight days of rain and high wind? My Christmas decorations and hard work are all in shambles. However i choose to look on the bright side of it all and realize that just means I get to decorate all over again! I love decorating for Christmas.
Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful posts leading up to the official ring in of the holiday season. It amazes me how a few words can touch the hearts of the collective community here at MMC. In this little house in NC it is very much appreciated day after day.

XM/Sirius Radio will begin their Christmas music on Monday at Midnight (Sunday night). This also goes for DirecTv! I looked in the program guide and it turns on Monday @ Midnight! Whoohoo!
With everyone coming for the countdown tonight, 6500 posts will be easy to reach!
I remember last year....I went to bed.....and over night the posts exploded...You guys were postin so much for the start of the season it was so nice to see
I love that movie, they did such a good job on it!
that would be good to know, since here we still have over 6 hours to go before tomorrow arrives. cheesy

great news....and really really upsetting news....
great news....wrote a grant for our school for 25000 and we got it! Gonna do alot of good things with it!
really really bad news....
our town is having a three or four hour power outage tonight starting at 10:00....I've waited for tonight for so long and we aren't going to have power....crushed....just crushed.....
but....I've got an idea....good coaches always find a way to adjust and stay in the game....hopefully this won't be the last time I get to post before the outage (got to watch our school basketball team tonight)....but if it is my last time to see yall, just know ol ballcoach has something up his sleeve....and Merry Christmas my dear friends...
I have enjoyed every minute spent with you guys that past eight months....thanks for having me along for the ride....
7 hours and 14 minutes....wow...guys...where did the year go...doesn't matter...cuz the best part of the year is here....
