Christmas Countdown - 2010

:hello: If the momentum keeps up, nobody can ever skip a day in this thread. I've had to read eight pages just to get caught up from yesterday morning.

:cry: Yup, I missed out on my nap today. I share an office now so it's harder to sneak under the desk without being noticed. HaHa.


Good day though it seemed to drag on a few times.

) I'm already with my vacation requests for 2010, but my boss doesn't want to see it until next week. I have Seniority now - eek - makes me sound old - so I won't have a problem getting the days I picked.

Kind of makes the year seem so short when you start mapping things out on calendars and countdown threads.

I saw the mailman today and announced proudly there were 556 days to go until Christmas and he laughed and said he was going to post it on his Facebook page and let me know how that went over with his postal chums next time we meet.

My co-workers are ready to string me up like a set of lights because I updated the countdown before I left for holidays so they were hit with that today.

Life went back to normal today,kids went back to school,Yippee!
Just relaxing and making a grocery list.Food Shopping tomorrow am,then I'm off to Shopping and Lunch with my Sisters and Mum.I need to get more Skeins of yarn,and New Knitting Needles and Crocheting Hooks.Have a nice evening all.

I have been working on that spare bedroom today. My son had an awesome suggestion for that room. He told me to make it my Christmas room, put the tree in it and fill it with Christmas decorations. I am very tempted to do so! cheesy He knows my love for Christmas!

We're working on it. Our script for that is more than a decade old and is losing compatibility with newer browsers. It will definitely be fixed with the re-design of the site coming soon.

Well I just got done planning out my work for tomorrow and now I am getting ready to go to bed. They were saying that we were going to warm up through next weekend but now they are saying that saturday we could be below zero and they expect 3 to 5 inches of snow on thursday. I think they were wrong when they said that we would have above average temps this winter in the pre winter forecast. Today we were 15 degrees below the average temperature for this time of year and it looks like it is just going to get worse.

Good Evening! Well it started to snow this evening. Figured it would sooner or later, afterall it is January. Kinda bums me out thou because our weather has been soooo nice lately for this time of the year. Oh well you can't have it all I guess. Hope everyone had a good day!
