Good Evening!!
What a busy day it has been. Got dinner out of the way and then wrapped gifts for my sisters baby shower for tomorrow. Hope everyone has a good weekend!!

I get the good news, my daughter comes over for a short visit, then leaves. About 2 hours later I get a frantic call from her husband that he is on his way with the kids and dropping them off. I just say ok but have no idea what is going on. He gets here with the kids, one of my grandsons only had one shoe on! I know something is not right. He hollers that my daughter has been in a car accident on her way home from a parent/teacher meeting and he has to go to the scene. She was taken by ambulance and checked over real good at the hospital. No internal injuries or broken bones but she was banged up really bad. They gave her pain medication and told her she will be hurting for several days. There was 3 cars involved and it was this one lady's fault that according to several witnesses who saw the accident and the police did confirm that as well. The lady that rammed into her caused her car to spin and she plowed down a pole with the front end of her car. When it first happened my daughter blacked out then came to and she said she jumped out of the car running to the other cars checking on everyone else. She said all of the sudden she felt like she was going to pass out. She was the only one transported to the hospital out of everyone involved. Thank God the kids were not in the car with her![/quote

Glad to hear prayers were answered! And thank goodness your daughter wasn't seriously injured. Boy I tell ya some days when it rains it pours. Glad everyone is safe and sound. Take care!

Thanks Made....I'm sure we will have a good time. I am hosting it and I also have a few sister in laws helping with the games and decor. This is her 3rd child and I believe last. Can't wait to meet my little nephew soon. cheesy

Good morning....sitting here enjoy my coffee and listening to some Christmas music. It's raining today..calling for a few inches of rain. Got a busy day today, our daughter has cheer leading try outs later this morning, suppose to get the new sofa this afternoon (4th attempt at this) and then we are going to dinner later to celebrate hubby's b-day which was yesterday.

Good Morning everyone.

I will be busy today. Since my daughter was injured in that car accident she is still needing some help. Her husband has to work today so her and the 3 kids will be over so we can take care of them all. Since my daughter will be laid up we will make it fun and watch some movies today.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!
 
Good morning everyone!!!!! Not much on the agenda for today. I have some shopping to do but besides that I plan on kicking back and relaxing. I am going to wait on mom to finish her laundry today and then I will give the bathroom a good scrubbing tomorrow. I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is the last day rain is predicted for a while, which is good since things are soggy enough around here, thank you.

Wow! I am impressed....I've never met a man who cleans a bathroom. Including my s/o and 5 brothers!!!
 
Good Day Everyone....
Despite our much cooler weather today the baby shower went great! My sister got alot of wonderful gifts. Everyone had a really good time playing the games and visiting with one another. Hope you all had a wonderful day too!
 
We finally got our sofa. It only took 4 tries. LOL!!!! But the even better new is that our daughter made the cheerleading squad. Looks like we will be attending alot of midget football games come fall!!!!! cheesy
