I think we found our DREAM HOME last night... I am praying and praying that we get this house!!!!!! The price is right, the neighborhood is charming, the house is adorable, the schools are great, the commute is short for my hubby.. I just pray they accept our offer! We're going in full-price and not messing around!!! Gosh, I would just be over the moon to get this charming house!!

Anyway, hope everyone has a wonderful day today! It's supposed to be warmer here in Philly but a bit windy.. maybe we'll get to head out to the park this AM.

Well, it's still early out, but I'm getting ready to head outside and go to work! It is supposed to be around 75 degrees! Going to play outside and just relax this afternoon and probably cook supper for my BEEEEE U TIF UL wife....

Good Wednesday morning, my Christmas friends!

It's supposed to be another nice day here today, too. I've been working in the yard, but my allergies are whipping my butt! I never used to have this trouble, but the older I get, the worse it is. Before long, I'll need a respirator to cut the grass.

Checkin' in here. I've been busy and also down with a cold but can say I felt 100% better today thou. It was really kickin' my butt! Weather here hasn't been to bad. A little cooler than the temps we've had awhile back and we even got a little rain and hail mix last night but it didn't last long. Hope everyone is doing good!

Folks, it looks like we are only two, count 'em, TWO days away from the 1/4 mark to Christmas Day, our next Milestone.
Mercy me, how time flies!

Yes, Coach. It's supposed to be nice here too today, with highs in the 70's and no chance of rain.
(Which is good since today is my older niece's 19th birthday and we are taking her out to one of the nicer local restaurants.)
We currently stand at 45 under calm, slightly cloudy skies.

Carl is waiting with plenty of fired twinkies, Mauradio sugar cookies and all the sweet southern iced tea you can drink, not to mention one of his - er - questionable coffee blends.
(Unfortunately, he's also waiting to tell everyone who will listen about his "stellar" opera appearance. < sigh >)
Regardless, Holiday and I will be waiting at the door to greet you.
(Oh. We would take my niece to the 'Pines for dinner but unfortunately she's alergic to camels)

It's supposed to be another nice day here today, too. I've been working in the yard, but my allergies are whipping my butt! I never used to have this trouble, but the older I get, the worse it is. Before long, I'll need a respirator to cut the grass.

I feel for you big time regarding allergies! I have had them bad all my life. I work at a feed store around lots of things I am allergic to and it seems to get worse the longer I work there. I have been there 7 years. We have a pet shop and I am allergic to the cute little bunnies and guinea pigs. We also sell birds and if we get in too many, the feathers bother me. A few birds are fine, just can't be in a closed area too long with a lot of them. I absolutely love my job and just deal with it.

I have outdoor allergies too and have solved that problem that you might give a try. We sell local honey at our feed store and I take 1-2 teaspoons of it a day and I can finally enjoy spring weather! Spring was my worst time a year and I have been on honey for 2 years and now survive spring. I usually add the honey to food, oatmeal, etc. If not, just take it straight. Try to find a local honey in your area and get some. The store bought stuff will not work, it must be local. It's tasty and really works! It can take up to a week or 2 before you get the full effects. I just wished the honey helped on animal allergies!

I think we're going over to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood this trip. It's going to be a lot of driving since I-40 is still blocked by the rock slide.

Note that Hwy 441 across the GSM parkway will be busier than usual since 129 is also closed with a rock slide. Have fun...

I have tried every allergy pill on the market and none seem to work for me so I will defintely give it a try. I am like brad in that the older I get the worse my allergies seem to get.
