Just a little Autumn news. I was just at walmart. Was getting my Wifes birthday gifts. Well I found the row of Autumn decorations! Nice orange leaves and scarecrows! Also if anyone remembers this show I picked up The Greatest American Hero Season 1 for 6 BUCKS. OMG I couldn't pass that up. Plus the show is awesome. hehe

Loving the new MERRY theme!!!

Good news - got an appointment with a pediatric neurologist for my little guy on Wednesday!!! I was so worried we'd have to wait for ages but they were so accommodating! Here's hoping the new baby stays put until after the appt!! I'm due a week from today so eeek!

Summer, oh summer, where have you gone? We start back to school tomorrow and I can't find my friend, summer! No, not the temp...Summer Break! It's gone! I can't find it anywhere! Sob, sob, sob. Wait.....guess who I'm looking for now....my bestest friend ever....CHRISTMAS BREAK!

Good Monday morning, my Christmas friends!

Harriett, my sister-in-law, spent last week in NYC at a CPA conference. While there, she checked out all the touristy stuff. She came home this weekend and asked us to have a family get-together at our house last night.

She brought my son a birthday cake from Carlo's Bake Shop, home of the Cake Boss TV show on TLC. Nancy and the kids LOVE the Cake Boss, so it was a great present for him! It was pretty rich, but still very good.

We are going to Vermont at the end of this month and are actually thinking about maybe going there for a quick visit.

Good morning! What a week, or what a few months. William isn't sleeping through the night. He wakes up at 11:30pm like clockwork. Then after that he really doesn't sleep. We have tried taking his naps down to an hour and still he wakes up. We haven't had a proper sleep for 2 months now. The docs are doing trial runs of stuff because he looks just fine. He MIGHT have acid reflux. He is on meds for that. Wednesday night he didn't wake till 3:30am and that was better. I THOUGH o wow the meds might be working. NOPE. Last night I came home from work and he was in our bed drinking his bottle half a sleep. Ok so I went downstairs and came back up in an hour. Put him in his crib at 12:30am. He woke right up and stood up crying. Back in our bed. If we don't he works himself up so bad that he starts coughing and barfs. In 2 weeks if it doesn't improve we take him back to the docs. I'm trying to stay positive! I at least can talk to my friends and Wife about it and here too. Ok. Hopefully the Christmas music I'm listening to cheers me up a bit Ok enough of that! This weekend is my Dads 60'th birthday party. We have a lot of family coming down to have a surprise party for him! Should be awesome! Well I have to go. Take it easy!

Morning everyone... rough afternoon/evening yesterday. My sweet little guy had a seizure! He's had febrile seizures in the past due to fevers, but he wasn't sick yesterday... went through a battery of tests at the hospital (he was SO brave! The nurse said at 2.5, he was tougher than most adults who had to get bloodwork!) and everything came up 100% normal. We have to follow up with a pediatric neurologist for an EEG and MRI. I am so nervous because my mom has epilepsy and I'd hate for my little honey to have anything ail him the rest of his life, but there are far worse things in life.

He's back to normal and playing like crazy this morning... my hubby let him have ice cream for breakfast and he was as happy as can be! Now I am praying this baby decides to stay in a little longer so we can maybe get some answers before this one comes along, but I guess I don't have control of that!!

Keep us updated on your son. Im glad you guys got a quick appointment!

Well another weekend is gone..and this is my long week. I have to work my day off (Wednesday). I will miss my Boys an extra lot! Extra money is nice also though..and I dont have a choice so I should look at the good side of it!

Dylan's Birthday turned out great. I will try to post a few pics. He loooved his cake...my 80 year old Grandma has never seen a Boy dig into it and eat it like he did haha..he has his Mommy's sweet tooth! The weather was beautiful also..about 80 degrees!

Have a great Monday....only an hour left of my work day and then only 4 days until the weekend cheesy

Dylan's Birthday turned out great. I will try to post a few pics. He loooved his cake...my 80 year old Grandma has never seen a Boy dig into it and eat it like he did haha..he has his Mommy's sweet tooth!

Could he be going through growth spurts? When our son was 2 he started waking up in the middle of the night and then the rest of the of the night he would be up and down. He was hungry and a cup of milk was not enough for him. We started giving him a tube of the go-gurt yogurt when he would wake up in the middle of the night and then he would go back to sleep and sleep through the night. After a couple weeks he stopped waking up in the middle of the night, well he stopped until the next growth spurt.

I just LOVE it when the Autumn decorations start to appear in the stores !! I got an early birthday present - An Autumn snowglobe with a scarecrow inside and when you shake it, it has these shmimmery leaves that fall and swirl!!!

I have not seen my granddaughter, who will turn 1 on the 24th, since Thursday. At that time she was taking a few steps then would fall down. It's now official that she is walking! My daughter said she was walking everywhere yesterday so that means grandma will be extra busy chasing her! cheesy
