Update: I mentioned upper 90's for our forecast. They changed it today, now lower 90's. Not much better but it's a start! Lol! It is still predicted to be in the 90's all week.

Lucky you! It finally rained around 6:30 yesterday afternoon and the temp dropped to about 78°, but it was still humid.

It is warming back up here today. We are supposed to get back up to 82 and tomorrow we will be back up to 85. :-?

It is our church's 94th anniversary today and we are having lunch there after a special service.

I felt sick most the day yesterday. Wayne and I had planned to go to Dave and Busters but after running our usual Saturday errands I told him I wanted to come home and lay down for a little bit and see how I feel. Well, I just stayed in bed and never got back up! :-?

Good Morning Everyone!!!! It is going to be another beautiful day here but I plan on staying inside and watching football all day. I also need to do some cleaning that I keep putting off. The day has finally arrived. It is NFL Sunday!! The Packers are playing at 4:15, so I can possibly get some work done while watching the early game at 1. It should be really exciting! Weather-wise, it is drizzling outside, which makes for a perfect day to stay inside and watch football.

It has finally cooled off here in The Outer Banks of North Carolina, not quite as cool as we like it but at least not so hot when you walk out the door you turn around and go back in....I did some Christmas shopping this week, have most of the little ones in the extended family done, so starting to really get excited now.....:rudolph:
