LOL as my Son William would say "COOKIES!!!" hah. Mmmmm those are good ones too.
Its been a very very cold day today. Good thing I'm inside. For some reason everyone in the US was breaking their computers today. It was crazy busy this morning and just dropped off now. William watched A Charlie Brown Christmas yesterday. He asked for it to be put on. Now I have another excuse to watch Christmas movies all year round and my Wife cant complain hehehe. Back to work I go. Hope everyone is getting geared up for the weekend!

Do as Grandpa told me about when he was a kid in Sweden. They would warm a brick by the fire and wrap it in a towel and place towards bottom of the bed to put their feet on to make them feel warm till falling asleep.
I think I will stick with my hot water bottle, sounds more comfortable! cheesy

I know how that is with little ones. cheesyWell we missed story time! Noel fell asleep a few minutes before it started so it was a bust! Who knew getting ACROSS THE STREET for story time at the library with 2 kids would be so darn difficult?hehe oh well! Got dinner for the next 2 nights made and Jude managed to make a mess of the house, yet again!! Typical toddler.. hehe

I use to use my children as an excuse then realized I was still watching them when they became adults. I do watch them with my grandkids now. =)

Ok, I think I am locked into training for the 5k. I just bought some running shoes. I can't spend money on something and not use it. I am way too frugal to do that! The athletic shoes I have now are very comfortable but not too comfy for running so had to get new ones specifically for that. I will be like Forrest Gump and Ruuuuuuuun!
Good luck!! My family is trying to rope me into a 10k in September. The main problem is that the only shape that I'm in is round.

Looks like a pretty slow day on here today. I have been humming Christmas songs to myself all day. Everything has been finalized for my promotion, starting Saturday, but my new hours start the week after, I am so psyched about it. The daycare situation is finalized also, LC starts in 2 weeks, JP will be going there to catch his bus in the am. Back to work in the morning.

Does anyone know if the newest release of Santa Claus The Movie on DVD is remastered?
I just finished watching it (DVRed from AMC back in December) and it looked pretty murky, I think I want to buy it but I just don't like the murkiness of the whole movie that was on TV.

Is it the 2005 Version or the 25th Anniversary Version? As well I found out that it was shot weird to begin with 2.35:1 image is soft and foggy, filled with a kind of vasoline on the lens quality that's supposed to suggest the ethereal, but comes across like a concerning case of glaucoma. There's even the same "strong" letterboxing bands top and bottom, even more obvious on today's HD screens. While the colors are bright and the visuals arresting, this tired old transfer (no remaster here, film fans) is neither.
