Good Tuesday morning, my Christmas friends!
We tried to take our parents our for dinner last night, but couldn't get everyone's schedule together. We wound up at a sandwich shop with my mom, but we had a good time! They make a pretty darn good Philly Steak & Cheese sandwich.

Well, I am STILL waiting to hear about going to first shift. It is really starting to bother me, I don't understand what the hold up is. Some people think they are waiting to train the guy that's going to replace me on third shift. I don't know how they are going to train him if they don't have him work over on my side! It's just extremely annoying!!!!:-?

We started out in the upper 30's this morning but have climbed up to 41 degrees as I type this.
The weather service is flirting with the possibility of 70's later in the week!
To the count:
Days to the Season: 271
Days to Christmas Day: 313
And so we pass UNDER 2 weeks until the 300-Day Christmas Day window, through which we will view a double-200's count!

I am so happy you enforce this rule! I didn't even mention but as Coach and Christmasstar mentioned about it, I was one of those that didn't get Valentines cards from everyone. I was just talking about that with my mom the other day. I would hand out cards to every kid in the class but would not receive as many in return. I don't have any hard feelings about it now, it was sooooooo long ago but I do remember it happening. I was such a very shy kid in elementary school and had trouble making friends. I did very well in high school though!
Yes, my teacher ALLOWED this as well. Then again, the teacher may not have really known it was happening.

I woke up in the middle of the night with a swollen sore throat and other cold symptoms. Ugh! I am drinking my fresh veggie juice and I hope after breakfast I will feel well enough to hop on the treadmill.

Welcome to Tuesday morning! So far its a good day. William is just fine at the new daycare. Tomorrow my Wife has the interview to see if she can get the job at the other daycare that William is at. Hopefully she gets the job! Maybe this weekend, depending on how we all feel, will be going down to Windsor to visit my family. I miss them but I'm glad I live 2 hours away, if you know what I mean hehe. Hope everyone has a merry day! Oh yes my Christmas decorations are still up here at my desk at work. haha.
Good morning, Christmas friends. It is windy here in northern California, with overcast skies. Not much time this a.m. so I will wish everyone a great day. I do want to add that when kids cannot afford Valentines, I make sure they get colored paper to make their own. I want to talk more about the Valentine's Day and bully issues later this afternoon. Those are two things that I am adamant about!!!
When I was in elementary school we had the everyone gets one rule, and I always remember giving a candy in each one, and a special one to that special girl. We started moving around a lot and I don't remember getting any accept when I had an emergency appendectomy I got a whole bunch from everybody. As I got older I grew more and more shy due to all the moving, I couldn't even talk to girls and I "forgot" Valentine's day every year. I remember always feeling left out every year. I have the best lady ever now and wouldn't trade anything I have now to be more popular then.
I was just a regular Don Juan, the ladies Don Juan a be with me. cheesy
