I love the sound of hail on the roof.
Especially when you're insured and the roof is old, right?
And with that mercenary little thought, Good Morning, Everyone!
Wow! The severe weather continued yesterday. I hope everyone stayed safe and took no chances.
Speaking of not taking chances, I had best post the count now before I'm interrupted:
Days to the Season: 207
Days to Christmas Day: 249
One week from today = the the 200-Day Season window.
And LESS than a week now until the 1/3 Christmas Day marker.
(Whew! We're moving too fast!)
Nice, calm and sunny here again this morning where we are already up to 72 on the way to a predicted high of 86.
(A bit warm for mid April in these parts.)
Allright, Friends. We are off to the coast on the first trip to prepare our place for the rental season which begins in June.
It's always a bit exciting not knowing exactly what we will find that needs to be done as we haven't been over there for better than 5 months.
OK! 'Pines Day! (Right, Holiday?)
Carl and crew are ready and waiting at the door with more red-frosted fired twinkies (they were REALLY overstocked) and sweet southern iced tea.
And oh, yeah. Carl DID mutter something about a coffee-clover blend but he couldn't be serious, could he?
(Or COULD he? Only Binger knows for sure -- they sometimes conspire, you know.)
Have a Wonderful Wednesday, Folks!
See you back here bright and early Sunday morning.
(Well, bright, maybe.)
