You are doing the right thing. When I was younger I got teased all the time for being so pale. People were not as educated about the dangers of tanning then. Everyone was out to get as dark as possible. With all the teasing about my pale skin I got self conscious about it and started tanning all the time when I was 16 years old and never quit. I ended up buying a tanning bed so I could use it all the time. I wanted to be dark dark dark. By the way, the teasing was from friends, I was never bullied but they teased me enough to make me want to tan. The skin cancer I have had in the past is the least dangerous, basal cell carcinoma, but still needs to be taken care of. I hope this time it will be the same thing and nothing serious. I can't believe I have been up since 3:30 am and still feel great. I did end up going to the gym and ran 2 miles, worked out with some weights (light stuff), swam some laps in the pool and still have energy. Now it's time to get some spring cleaning done!

There were several storms last night, nothing bad and nothing extremely loud, but Bo was frantic. Poor guy just wouldn't calm down. Mouse stayed by my side all night so she was fine. I think I got maybe an hour of sleep. Going to be a very long day today.

Y'all are the Sweetest and the Best---thanks so much for the kind words and hugs. I started to cheer up this morning until I heard that I'll probably have to come in to the office and work on Saturday. I'll come drown my sorrows in some tea at the 'Pines tonight.

I'm hoping everyone got safely through all that violent weather last night---sounds like some pretty awful experiences.

I also discovered that Willa moved the babies. Haven't a clue where they are, but they must be close as she showed up pretty quick when I went outside. When I was looking for them, I found a stray grey cat - at least it is one I have never seen. Poor thing was scared, so I just talked to him and then left.

Allright, Friends. We are off to the coast on the first trip to prepare our place for the rental season which begins in June.
It's always a bit exciting not knowing exactly what we will find that needs to be done as we haven't been over there for better than 5 months.

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!!!! It is a cloudy chilly day here in central Indy. I spent this morning dodging flooded streets so I could take mom to the doctor for a check up. Then we went by my sisters house for a little bit. My youngest niece decided she wanted to come spend the night so I have a little monster running around the apartment now. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Shishpering Pines afternoon day everyone! Some of the work on our house is done. The gutters, soffit and back overhang has all been replaced. Looks very nice. Ill have to get a picture and post it. Not much new today. Sort of busy at work. I might pop in my Christmas cd for the drive home tonight. Well back to work I go. Hope everyone is having a good day and see you at the pines!!!

Mr. felt well enough to want to go out for a little supper, and Staples is supposed to get my anti-virus back on line tomorrow morning, so things are looking up ... although I still have to go in to work on Saturday. :-? I'm hoping the work doesn't run into Sunday, 'cause that's not how I want to spend my Easter Sunday.
