Good evening everyone! I feel like I am 90 years old tonight. I had a baseball game today and it went fine and all but when I got home tonight I can't move. My lower back is OUT.hmmm so Now I am trying to remember if I moved wrong or something and I can't remember anything out of the ordinary. This may be my last year on this particular team. I am one of the oldest most are in 20 somethings. I am going to sleep on my recliner with the heating pad on my back and I just found some tylenol 3 I had from my last climbing injury during the Autumn so they hopefully will put me to sleep soon. I have to be better by monday too because I can't miss more work as have to take thursday off to go get my best friend who is flying into Jackonville,fl. Hope everyone had a great saturday. talk to you tomorrow!

It would be AMAZING !!!!! You all have no idea what you mean to me. Yes, I know guys, you hate that girlie mushy emotion stuff but I mean it......there are times I have been at the end of my rope litterally considering choices that ........well lets just say those choices would have had dire consequences ........but because of all of you .......and God of course, I persevered and I am still here with my crazy Canine rants !!

It's been a busy Saturday for us, but a nice one. Got a few things to get done tomorrow, but hoping for a restful day. Sweet dreams, everyone---dream about meeting up somewhere one of these days! One thing for sure: if there ever is a convention, no matter when it's held, it'll be Christmas there!

I have messed up my back many times and so has my mom. The doctor told my mom that ice is the best when you first injure it so it can bring down the inflammation. I guess it all depends, heat might work better for you.

I feel for you! I sure hope you feel better real soon!

THanks CAH!!,I just got off the phone with my Gf who said put ice on it as well. My sister(RN) said put heat,and then my buddy who is a wrestling coach said alternate between heat and ice! So between those 3 methods maybe 1 will work!cheesy

Good evening,

I walked into the the worst case scenario at work this morning, my overnight associate went home sick and nothing was done so I had to do all the overnight work and the rest of the work just to start. I am so tired. A well earned day off tomorrow. My Bruins won against the Flyers today, and I made my homemade Buffalo wings for dinner.

Well as Christmas-A-Holic said, I played in a best ball golf tournament today. I was so nervous since I haven't played for about 10 years, but I played better than I thought I would, had some really good tee shots. On one of the tee offs the course pro was there taking video of us teeing off. Talk about nervous, a pro watching me and taking video!!! well I hit a pretty good one, and he even complimented my swing. I told the guy I was riding with that felt good to have a pro tell me I have a good golf swing. I had a good time, and there was actually a 3 way tie for 3rd place, we agreed to take the 4th place trophy.

I goofed and said you got 3rd! I guess I heard you mention about 3rd and it stuck. As I mentioned earlier, I need to go back to drinking coffee!

Diana's death was the first "celebrity" death that I remember crying over. As in, seriously crying over. I was 17 and was convinced when I first heard about it that it was some kind of cruel joke. Alas, it was not. But I have complete faith that Di is completely thrilled with Kate as William's bride...how can she not? I have a feeling Kate will be at least (if not more) beloved than Diana herself. I was amazed watching her yesterday. She is stunning.
