There was a movie that came on last year on Either hallmark of Lifetime about that story. it starred Linda Hamilton. Great story

Oh YESSSSSS! They made that into a movie too and one of my absolute FAVORITES! The movie is called Silent Night starring Linda Hamilton. I paid only 5 bucks for it so you should be able to pick it up for a fair price. Linda is amazing in it and very convincing. I watch it several times a year.

I think with both these movies it goes to show you DO NOT need fancy expensive gifts to enjoy Christmas. They make it joyful without having to spend money and worrying about who wants what. It's all about being grateful and respect for one another. When it comes to Christmas, if no one exchanged one gift I would still have the Merriest time ever just being with others. They celebrate a joyous occasion during an awful war and have a nice time together.

(I highly recommend it)!

Did you get all that? The doctor is making an appointment for an orthopedist for me. The MRI staff asked the doctor if I had had a shoulder dislocation in the past! Not that I know of!

Ouch!!!!! I hope you can get into the orthopedic quickly.

HA I am in the same boat. When I was younger I had straight hair but it got wavy when I was a teen and now it's just down right curly. I shave it it every 2 to 3 weeks for that reason. when it's very short it's okay but after 4 weeks of regrowth it gets curly Everyone called me poodle.

My hair is the same way. If it gets over 1 inch long it starts to get very curly.

Good Afternoon Everyone!!!!!!! It's another rainy day here in central Indy. It looks like the next couple of days are going to be dry and sunny!!!!!!! I have spent most of the last 36 hours watching the news. I keep finding myself wondering what the US military officals that have visted the military academy across the street from Osama's compound are thinking today. I'm sure they are quite fustrated that they were so close and didn't know it. My plan for this afternoon is to turn off the tv and get some cleaning done. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a couple of days, huh? Osama being caught...most people seem to be celebrating, but I just can't bring myself to do that. I worry about retaliation attacks and the like, and most people I know haven't really thought about that. It's amazing though, and I'm very proud of our troops!

It has been a pretty easygoing week so far. Beautiful weather right now (81F!), although it's supposed to rain later. I've gotten a lot done around the house, but tonight starts my crazy week at Hallmark...I work 5 days this week, on top of working 12 days in a row at Kohl's. Something tells me by the end of next week, I'll be sleeping for days at a time! I'm already feeling a bit tired now and the craziness hasn't even started yet!

I'm excited about this weekend though, I'm having a birthday party and it should be fun having all my crazy friends together. It shouldn't be as big an event as last year since it's not a milestone birthday, but I look forward to a good time!

And about Osama..while I can somewhat understand everyone cheering at his death or capture I am reminded of the cheering (some) pakistani citizens displayed after 9/11 and it just does not leave a good feeling in my tummy. Yes I am glad he was captured/killed but at the end of the day 3000 Americans have been killed on 9/11 not to mention the ones who have died in war since then,and we STILL have many groups that want to kill us whether we cheered at his death or not. no matter what or how we react.. they will want to kill no matter what they are terrorists!,.. sorry to sound bleek but it's the reality we live in.

The temps should start going up tomorrow and will be in the 90's by Sunday. I am loving the chilly weather and not looking forward to it being that hot by this weekend.

well alls I can say is enjoy it now!! we must have a front coming through because it is so humid today.I bet by tomorrow it will be more pleasant. I am waiting until the last possible minute to clean my car out before I go fetch my friend thursday. I have to clean the seats. wash the windows,dust,vacuum. and that is just the inside of the car! Thursday I will go to the international airport down the road in jacksonville,fl then we are eating dinner on the beach at Joe's crab shack! can't wait!
