Evening all!

Bad Friday at work. Good Saturday and Sunday. Back on Monday! Sheesh. heh. Oh well. Not much new with us. We need to replace the front steps on our deck. That will be done this weekend. We purchased a new mattress! That's coming this Sunday. Can't wait. Well back to work I go. Just checking in and saying hi. I'm having an interview for a job. Please throw prayers my way, I need a break! Thanks all!

Hope your interview went well! Prayers being sent!

I hope all is going well over there friend!!!!!!!

How has your blood sugar level been? I hope the doctors got it sorted out.

Thanks for asking, and yeah it was the medication I have been taking along with getting dehydrated that let to the problems... so I have been drinking more water and swiched meds and am fine now!

C-A-H: I'm glad your tooth is feeling better!

Trackrebel: I hope you are better soon! ((((HUGS))))

Undrtakr: I'll keep you in my prayers - best of luck on your job interview!!

Brent: I pray you get a call for a job soon!

Gabulldawg: I'm glad that they figured out your meds needed switching before things got too serious!

Good evening, Christmas family!

Long, stressful day again. To unwind, I had comfort food (macaroni and cheese) for dinner and am going to read a Christmas murder mystery by Carolyn Hart. It is called Merry, Merry Ghost and is book two in the Bailey Ruth Raeburn series.

Have a Merry Monday evening!!!!!!!!!!

BRITT....congrats....here's to the next several thousand.

Holiday....you are going to have to get here more often....same for Track

Monday down! Sitting here watching football an dreading about my favorite people.....YOU! See everyone later!

at least you are getting some heat now, my brother lives in Abbotsford and he was telling me what a wet chilly summer it has been there.
But, not having a AC when it finally gets hot sucks!

I've heard of Abbotsford before, mainly because they have an AHL team called the Heat. Kind of ironic their weather has been chilly and wet when the team is called Heat.

Thanks for asking, and yeah it was the medication I have been taking along with getting dehydrated that let to the problems... so I have been drinking more water and swiched meds and am fine now!

I'm glad to hear they got it figured out!!!!!

And with this post, HollyJells is the winner!!! And for her efforts, she gets a little more info:

Every Stompin' Tom fan knows that PEI is the home of Bud the Spud. PEI's rich, red soil produces fine potatoes, and who doesn't like potatoes? You can boil 'em, steam 'em, roast 'em, bake 'em, fry 'em, deep-fry 'em and serve them mashed, hashed, sliced, diced, whipped, in soup or salad, a la Lyonnaise or Duchess-style and so on and so on. You can even make pancakes, bread, cakes, doughnuts, and scones
with the humble potato.

Potatoes are awesome!

We had a tournament in Rochester, New York on Saturday and Sunday. On the way there, we passed The Christmas Tree Shoppe in Syracuse. Now, I have been to and through Syracuse numerous times, but never to this store. There are a few of them throughout the US, but very little online information exists about them. Has anyone had the pleasure of visiting one of these stores?

They are great stores, they only deal with Christmas merchandise from Oct-Dec, so the name is a little misleading, but the prices are great we do have a lot of decorations for Halloween and Christmas from them.

hey everyone.....for whatever reason....lol....I havent posted in here at lot in the last two weeks.....so here s a update....my boyfriend is in Finland for the graduation of his niece.....yesterday was a good and sad day....good...cos I found some cute things on the fleas market....bad for obvious reasons....September 11th still seems so close....it feels like it was yesterday.....besides my days of depression after child-birth and the weeks spend in a clinic.....September 11th was the worst day of my life....I choked up again several times yesterday....my five-year old Kandice asked me why the towers are burning...so I tried to explain it as easy as possible....just as I did with Hitler....the older she gets the more I will go into detail about it...of course now she is too little and it would be way to disturbing for her

Yesterday was the first time we started telling JP about 9/11, it was tough because we don't want to scare him, yet he is starting to ask questions about a lot of things surrounding it.

I don't know if I'll get a chance to post tomorrow. My brother's girlfriend is having surgery tomorrow morning at Hilton Head Island, and I feel like I need to be there for them. She's pretty young, early 30's, and has breast cancer. I'm sure she'd appreciate a prayer sent her way!

Have a great evening, my Christmas friends! cheesy
