Good evening, MMC friends! My family and I are back from a wonderful week of camping and I am FINALLY caught up on the thread.

I have not been camping in over 20 years. It's fun and would love to go again sometime. Glad you had fun!

No alcohol involved here in the states. It's just a unfiltered apple juice made from crushing apples.

Another busy day planned here, but I will take it easy as I have been feeling blah of late. The sun is shining and it looks like FALL - the leaves seemed to have changed color overnight. Mid-Michigan can sure put on the color show!!!! :dance:

I have some errands to run today and then it will be back home to watch some college football. It looks like I can also put my helmet away. Ol' Ballcoach is finally back! Took me an hour to catch up. It was such a hectic week. I read some on tappatalk, but not too much. Can't stand being away from this place!

Sitting on the deck...62 degrees....the dogs, me, a jacket, and a big ol mug of coffee....can't beat it!

Big plans tonight....involves my grill, the outdoor fireplace, and my beautiful wife....

She's cooking me hot wings for some of my friends who are coming over. We are going to sit on the deck and watch a game...

Love that woman!

I am finally calming down after the Pines last night. From now on, I will believe Carl when he says he has a special blend just for me!!! I did not believe him when he said he had some Jet Fuel for me!!! Whooooo! It was awesome!

Sounds like my husband but he will tell me I am beautiful when I first wake up in the morning. He is lying to me, I look awful when I first wake up! Ha ha ha ha! I guess he has the right words because if he said I looked terrible I'm not sure I would be happy about that. :lol:

It's just that they go all out on open house Wednesdays with extra special entertainment and the free Fired Twinkies, tea and coffee.

Again overcast with a rain threat here this morning.
We got about an inch yesterday.
My thermometer currently stands at 71.

Good Morning MMC!

hit the floor running today. Got a chocolate cake iced and ready to be picked up. Baked a batch of hamburger buns and dinner rolls. Cleaned the kitchen...except the floor, have to do that yet after I finish my paid break. Set up stuff for a yard sale that the kids are running right now...well they are young adults not kids any more! They are enjoying themselves and I am getting rid of a bunch of junk!

There is nothing on TV this morning, except talk about that satellite crashing down to earth somewhere. Not here, or I would get all the pieces and sell them for a small fortune and come and visit you all!

Well, I have to go and make a bunch of hamburger patties for lunch to put on the buns I made earlier and top off with that green tomato relish I made even earlier!

Cloudy and muggy today. Gotta update a website this weekend and start putting together the movie clips going into this year's annual Christmas DVD. Tomorrow might be a good day for spaghetti and meatballs ...

In the U.S., regular old unfermented apple cider is non-alcoholic. Many orchards sell it by the jug this time of year. (You can even get donuts made with apple cider---cider donuts.) Fermented cider IS alcoholic and is called "hard cider."
