Interior photography, I guess it's called.. hehe..

I guess I should make my self a studio, someday ;]

That's awesome. You do take awesome pics - I agree with MerryM. You should do it, Solice. You would do wonderful business! :???:

Hope you will have more of the good work nights!
And I hope you get a good sleep, and wake up to another great day! =]

Thanks, Solice! You're so sweet. So far, so good. DH is cooking steaks on the grill, so that is making my evening AWESOME!!! :-D

hello guys! I am only about 500 pages behind...but I did want to finally check in with you! I am working overtime and with the new baby I don't know whether I am coming or going...or going or coming.! I can't wait for summer when things slow down some! I hope everyone is having a great springtime!

I've been starting to think about Christmas in July. I've never celebrated it before, but I may do it this year---make some cookies, buy some treats I'd normally reserve for Christmastime, listen to some Christmas music, do some Christmas shopping, etc. I thought Mr. might pooh-pooh the idea, but he even suggested getting some turkey from Boston Market and fixing up a Christmas dinner! Something fun to look forward to after vacation and July Fourth.

I never partaked either, but def. think I am going to this year. I am really looking foward to it. All the hype from all the members here really has me excited about it.

Hey Dawg! So glad to hear from you. I've been thinking about you, Brandi, and then Jordan. I figured you've just been very busy. Is anything else new? How has Brandi been feeling? I hope well. I bet Jordan is growing like a weed and doing so many new things. Miss you around here!

Another day has come to an end. Applied for another personal support worker position. Not sure I really want this one, will see what happens. Work is work I guess.
It is getting chilly again, but should be getting warmer during the days for the next week.

Dancing with the Stars is on tonight!!!

Good evening,

Loooooooonnnnnng day at work, it was exhausting, we also signed both boys up for swimming lessons, JP has been doing it for years, but LC is still pretty new to it. They both did a fantastic job. Day off tomorrow, I have to do my Easter shopping though, we just fill their baskets with candy, and 1 toy, nothing to much.

Have a great night!

Hope the boys enjoy their lessons. When my kids get a little older, I want to get them in that. I was on swim team in jr. high and high school and loved it. Enjoy your day off tomorrow.

Love your sig! Way too funny!

Good evening, everyone. Just got up from my nap and now I am getting ready to go to work. I am supposed to work until 11 am tomorrow if they need me, so I guess we will see how it goes.

Nothing new here. Same ole', same ole'.

Well, I better get going. I just wanted to stop in and wish you all a great day tomorrow. Have a great day tomorrow!

Love your new avatar, Sugar.

Good morning! Just stopping in real quick to say hi, then I am heading to bed. I am very tired. Last night was one of the best night's I have had at work in a long time and I am so thankful for it.

Well, off to bed. Hope you all have a great day. I will talk to you all later on. Have a great Monday! Keep smiling!

I took yet another test for a job at another company and FAILED. I am about to give up on myself. Stupid is as stupid does I guess.

Take care Christmas family xo

Hey CM3 - I'll tell you how you can know this post is meant to be. As anybody in this section can tell you, I NEVER come to the countdown. Why I wandered in is beyond me, but I did and I saw your post.

So many of us in the US are struggling right now. It's a tough economy. But, you can't go getting down on yourself about it. Many of us are sharing in these times. Two things:

When the ancient Jews were fleeing Egypt, their backs to the Red Sea and the Egyptian army bearing down on them, all looked lost. But in a moment the sea parted and God provided a way. As we all look back and allow ourselves to see through the darkness that currently surrounds us, we know of times that this kind of miracle happened in our own lives. But, our rememberance of those small miracles get clouded by our current problems. You never know when that sea is going to part and a way is made clear where none can be seen at the time. They could have given up and gone back to slavery, and were probably pretty close to making that choice, BUT then God intervened.

This is kind of a strange person to quote for motivational purposes, but we can learn something from anyone if we keep our ears open.
Billy Ray Cyrus once said, "Failure only means it is something that you can cross off your list that you weren't supposed to do. Failure only guides us in the direction we are supposed to go. Failure doesn't mean your lost, it only means you were redirected."

Maybe you're being redirected. Hang in there!

Good afternoon, Christmas Family

I had done a whole long post and somehow I lost it. I have to hurry to work now but I hope all are having a wonderful Christmassy day.

Hermione's first day of puppy class was very traumatic for her. I will explain later.

Jennifer - A very happy belated birthday to your brother xo

Made - I hope your niece is okay !! I still think it is neurological. Too bad a CAT scan or MRI can't be performed. But then I am not a doctor....It is just my gut feeling.

yes you should, share your talent w/ all!

A little temporary breathing space at the office today, so hello, everyone!

Our stereo amplifier died last week after a long and useful life. (I bought the system in 1984!) I don't have the space to get a new system and a cabinet (today's units won't fit in the old cabinet, which is rickety anyway), so we'll probably get a single table-top unit that incorporates a turntable, cassette player, CD player, and radio. We found one online that will even allow you to burn tapes and records to CD while you play them, for a price that is less than buying a new system and cabinet. Looking forward to it!

good a.m. ya'll!!! not sure how hot it got yesterday but they were saying 89. my daughter laid out in the sun a little & wow did she get sun, we were both surprised. then my son came home from the trip he took w/ the university & he was sun burnt. they both coated themselves w/ lotion last night i hope they're not in any pain today. we should have thought about the sunscreen but i guess w/ it still being so early none of us did. heck they'll probably be fine this morning & tanned, that's how they usually do, still i don't like them to burn like that. i'll know better next time i guess!
i gotta lot done yesterday. i transplanted some daylillies to 2 areas of the yard that were barren. i began weeding around the pool & oh my goodness...it's bad. we have sand & then white rock over that but somehow those dadgum weeds found a way in & they are a pain. i got about a 9ft section done...only about 50 more to go. it was so hot i couldn't take it. my thought was to weed then spray w/ weedkiller but now...maybe the weedkiller then weed out.

my son finally has the for sale sign up on his suv. get this, 1 day & he wonders why no one called about it. talk about impatient. we explained to him that we would put an add in the paper too. he desperately wants to get a smaller car that's better on gas as he will be driving to a college daily about 30 miles away next fall.patience my son, patience! my daughter is getting the same way. her birthday isn't till June & she keeps asking when are ya'll gonna look for me a car?, i tell her, back up bo didley, it ain't happening till your birthday!!!!!!!besides, even if we found a car for her, we wouldn't let her know until then.
anyhoo, i'm off to work this morn'in. oh i do wonder what awaits me today??

here's to ya'll, my beautiful Christmas family! love, hugs, & smiles! even if you have to fake a smile...it'll make you feel better!:gift:
