Christmas Countdown - 2012

Chilly, gray, damp, drowsy weather. Yesterday morning I had the new podcast to listen to, but nothing this morning to mitigate the gray---except MMC.

It was a nice cloudy day here in California, I love cloudy rainy days.

We're supposed to have cloudy days into the weekend here---unless you'd like to take a couple off our hands? cheesy

Thank you---Mr. is going to his folks' house tonight for a few hours after work to give his mom a break, so I'll hear the latest from him when he gets back, if I'm not already asleep. He and his brother and sisters are taking turns looking after their dad so their mom can get some rest.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! No mention of zombie's in the forecast today but I still heard 3 terms that I hate to hear. Record high, heat index, and humidity. I'm so not ready for temp's in the high 80's. I guess it's time to plug the air conditioner back in again. I'm going to run to hobby lobby this morning to get a few things for my sister and of course I'll check for christmas decor. Then I will be off to the pines to enjoy a nice cool dip in the pool. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

The second best way to keep cool after AC, looking for Christmas stuff, I hope you find some. Keep cool.

I am glad that you had a good day at work!! The day goes by much quicker that way. I have seen that movie! I tend to find myself watching anything that Susan Lucci is in, she used to be in the soap opera I watched! I have tried melatonin but the next day it always gives me a terrible headache and I feel like I'm in a fog so I only take it on the weekend if I have to! Thank you for the birthday wish!!! :]

I am relaxing this morning before I have to head to school to take my last final exam. After that, then it is summer break until late August! I will be working a lot more, however, so I guess I will still be busy.

This morning we are dealing with some pretty thick fog and a chance of zombie's:zombie:.(That's what the fox station said). Labor Day is in September. When I was a kid we celebrated May Day with a May Pole dance of pastel-colored streamers we wove around the pole. Law Day is also celebrated on May 1st.

I have been really busy lately, it is finals week and they have been consuming my schedule the past few days. Good news? I think I am going to make Dean's List this semester!

All of my friends have gone out at midnight on their 21st birthday...guess who can't do that tonight at midnight? Me! My last final is tomorrow and I can't afford to be doing that. Oh well!

I am going to go for a walk since it is nice out and then relax.

On my way home from my sister's house, I stopped by dollar general. They had just marked their easter candy 90% off. So I ended up buying 23 half pound chocolate bunnies for 10 cents a piece. The plan is to vacuum seal them and freeze them until Christmas. That way I can melt them down and use them to make candy. Of course I may end up going on a chocolate binge and eating them all tonight. So if you don't hear from me tomorrow, Don't worry. I'm just at the hospital in a diabetic coma.

Glad you're enjoying your 21st Jennifer; my son's 21st is on Saturday and I think an evening of drunken debauchery is planned. I've just ordered his birthday present; the whole family has chipped in and bought him a Macbook Pro. Not my gift of choice but I was over-ruled!!!!

I had to go through some more tests because they 'did' find something.
So now I have to wait for the results..
The results are ready on Monday. But I go to Cyprus on Monday,
so my Doctor calls me when Im home again...
